This stuff is simply awesome. It has become my favourite anti-friction item. I have tried many and this is working the best for me. It stays on for very long runs and races. I have used it on toes and feet for many marathons and ultras. I also use it on other body parts as needed, even as a chamois cream for Ironman. For IM marathons I put a generous amount in my socks before the race, then just slide them on in transition and it works perfect, and fast!

This is undeniably the best product of its type on the market. I train in swampy, hot conditions and compete in ultramarathons, and this holds up to the worst conditions. Use it anywhere chafing may be an issue. I highly recommend it.

Used for heavy rucks while training for GORUCK events. I used to get occasional blisters when rucking with heavy loads over uneven ground. But as long as I use this product, I get NO blisters ever!!! No other product works better. Period. I use it on every ruck now.

Did not work well for preventing blisters. Tincture of Benzoin works much better.

I prefer this over Body Glide. I used it fora 6 hour run and had no chaffing or blisters. Not only is this a great product, but the company is awesome. Very personal service.

I did not expect this to make much of a difference but it works! I was able to notice a huge difference when hiking. Definitely will purchase again!

This is absolutely the best product Ive tried for running. Regardless of what the label says, this product works wonders a little farther up-stream. Unlike the stick product I used to use, this one seals in its container and can be used after getting hot in my car. Makes all the difference in the world on longer runs.

This stuff is amazing if you are prone to hot spots and blisters.
