Trail Toes: Phenomenal Ultra-Extreme, Anti-Friction Foot,2 oz

didnt quite work as well as hoped on a difficult sand run but I contacted the manufacturer and he suggested some tips. I will keep the product and finish using it.

GoRuck Heavy in the Phoenix heat 26hrs and not a single blister. So glad I bought some. Will use on all my long runs and rucks from here one out. Washed right out of my socks leaving no residue. Whatsoever

I used this for a Spartan race, specifically Killington beast (iykyk). I used a considerable amount in the areas I know I get blisters often after a race and it honestly did its job. Yeah I still got blisters here and there but the shoe I wore was honestly to blame. But aside that, my common spots got light blisters and by the next day they felt so much better. Without Trail Toes I truly believe that they would have become blood blisters. Also if you have a hammer toe or crane toe, I would either recommend using significantly more on the hammer toe or trying something like a toe sleeve. Overall, great product !

After trying tons of products for these blister I had during my ultra training, I finally found Trail Toes. Not much to say but it works and it works well. This is my #1 go to for blister and blister prevention in training.

Best product for chaffing. The only thing I have found that works. Love this product. I run over 200 miles a month and have zero chaffing with this product.
