Had issues running long distances and chaffing in areas other than my toes, lets just leave it at that. Was recommended Trail Toes. Once application lasts the entire day. In NC, I get very soggy from sweat, and using this before my run, I do not have any problems with chaffing.

Used this on a walking half-marathon with month-old walking shoes and sport socks, not a single blister or even a hot spot. Will definitely keep this around and use for every big walk/hike.

My husband and I do a lot of hiking but have always had major issues with blisters. We have tried everything- sock liners, wool socks, synthetic socks, everything but this. I will admit that I have bought a new pair of boots so part of MY extreme comfort definitely came from the boots. But my husband gets blisters every time he hikes and has not changed boots. We both used Trail Toes every day of our 11 days of hiking in Glacier Natl Park and the Rockies in Canada- not a single blister nor even a hot spot. I also run and on longer distances Ive started getting hot spots on the balls of my feet. After our hiking, I tried this before running and problem solved. I will never hike or long-distance run again without using this product. And this little jar will last forever!

used every single day at my trip to the AT 7 days 70 miles total, I got only 2 small blisters, but only after day 5. happy with the product.

Works well. Need to re-apply periodically during the day while hiking. But, was able to avert blisters.
