04-06-2025Trail Toes works great at reducing skin friction. Just a little dab on the selected area and you are good to go. Since one does not need much, the 2 oz container will last for quite some time.

> 3 dayAfter having to bail on a race because of blisters despite liberal use of a popular body glide product, I looked to see what else was available, and do truly find Trail Toes to provide phenomental lubrication for my feet and also the hotspots elsewhere. The 20G tub is small enough to fit in my running belt, and will stay there. As I see other reviewers note that some of their lubrication stays on their socks, I urge the user to use the same technique for socks which I learned as a young woman starting to wear nylons without ripping them: bunch them up in your hands, to the toe, put the toe on first, and then put the sock on from the toe, inch by inch. This also minimizes bunching which can lead to irritation.

Greater than one weekSo far so good! Tried over a ten mile run that would normally leave me in pain and I was completely fine. Will try again next Monday for the Boston marathon! UPDATE: This product is amazing. 26.2 miles into Boston and I was pain free without a single reapplication. Cannot say enough good things about Trail Toes!!

> 3 dayLove this cream. This protects my toes and foot well on a 20 mile hike in 2 days. For best protection , apply generously over your foot and toes.

> 3 dayThere are others out there but this stuff works great. I used this for a 26.2 mile ruck march in the desert. I put this on about 30 minutes before the start, wore one thin sock and a heavy sock over it. Not one blister, amazing stuff!!

> 3 dayThis is a MUST for the toes. I did my first LONG hike this year. Camino. Before I got this product I was getting hot spots while training. While I used body glide on other body parts and foot glide on other parts of my feet, Trail Toes, is what I liberally used all over my toes in my every morning prep before hitting the trail. I do believe this is the very best product for such treks. I came through with NO blisters and no hot spots. I highly recommend this product for all serious walking!

> 3 dayMy prior expereince was with a stick of Body Glide. While this was adequate, and I will continue to use from time to time with my remaining stock, I am more satisfied with the Trail Toes. I hadnt realized it much until Trail Toes came along, but I would sometimes sweat so much even the Body Glide was not working well if at all. I havent seen this same issue with Trail Toes, and the fact it is less solid (and more a thick gel) makes it easier to smear and apply in odd places, with odd tight curves such as between toes. I even used this for the first time to subdue an issue Ive always had with heel rubbing when backpacking and it made a HUGE difference. Highly recommended!!
