    I will never be without this. Perfect for long runs. I even use it under my bra line. I went from terrible chafing under my bra, thigh chafing, and blisters in me feet to NONE. I just finished my marathon with only 2 blister and I think I just didn’t apply enough in that spot

    Seems to delay formation of blisters for me, so that is nice. I have only used it with sidewalk running so far. Will try it with trail running and hiking to approach rock climbs soon Im sure.

    I use this regularly when I run anything over 10 miles. Never had a blister. No problems with hot spots. Recently used on vacation to an amusement park. Feet got wet on the water rides, but no worries. Covered them in Trail Toes before putting on my socks.

    Great stuff! I recently used it all over my feet when I did a race that involved deep sand and water crossings. Not a single blister or hot spot! I also use it anywhere I might chafe and it works well, stays on a super long time and isnt greasy. I love that it comes in a little tub so that I can spoon out some and put it in a little baggie to leave in my drop bags.

    As a runner and walker, I have had my fair share of blisters, chafing and...yeah they suck. Using trail toes is a lifesaver for long distances. I recently took a week long trip to Vegas and I brought this along, in the event one of us had blisters from so much walking. Sure enough, yep, blisters, despite our best efforts and careful footwear. TT came in extremely handy, as it not only prevented future blisters, but also coated the existing blisters/hot spots on our feet for smooth wear and avoiding painful feet.

    This stuff works great for 5+ hours straight of trail running and hiking but I did have to use more than directed to get the desired results. Trial and error. Didnt work for me to prevent thigh chafing as some others posted.

    I have suffered from blisters and chafing for years. I saw an ad in Ultra Runner Magazine for Trail Toes and decided to give it a shot. This stuff is amazing. Stays on longer than anything else Ive ever tried and has solved the blister and chafing issues!! I tell everyone about it and swear by it now!! I have a small pill container that I put a little dollop in to carry just in case. I usually end up letting others use it whos product of choice stopped working!

    Trail toes is phenomenal! Ive used on multiple 10+ mile mud runs with no chafing or injury to my feet. Will never run the trail without this again. I use this in combination with toed running socks and the combination is perfect with open toe boxes for distance.

    Like many other people, I love this product and it was a lifesaver for a friend of mine during Worlds Toughest Mudder -- going through water obstacles constantly meant that there was no way blister pads or K-T tape would stick to his feet, so we coated them with Trail Toes, and he came through unblistered even after fifty miles. Good stuff!
