No company logo or name on front, which I was very happy about! Works beautifully! Been using it as my back up for a few months now and no problems whatsoever. Just as advertised and exact match to the color of my iMac. Apple could not have done better themselves if they had tried to make one! I’m glad they didn’t because then I would have never been able to afford it! Highly recommended for 24” M1 iMac owners. Makes reaching those ports in the back a less frequent experience while giving you an extra hard drive and no additional space required on your physical desk to place it. It is a nice clean and professional appearance once installed.

The new iMac 24” base fits perfectly in the hub. It will raise your monitor up about .75”, which was great for me. Set up is easy, just one USB-C. So far the only negative is that my scanner and printer are slow to activate when plugged into the hub. At first, when I open my printer app or select a document to print, the device shows up as disconnected. After a few seconds it will become available. Not a huge problem but it was a non-issue when plugged directly into the computer.

I’m very happy with this product. I desperately needed more storage on my new iMac but didn’t want to upgrade to storage for $800 to get 1-2 TB. Using this base hub, I was able to buy 1TB part to add inside the hub for only $60! It also adds a lot of additional ports for my many external devices. I’m extremely glad I found this. Just wish it matched the color of my iMac. They don’t have a purple version but do have several colors. I got the silver one so it works just fine.
