I didnt know there was such a thing until recently. This device helped my pc operate on wifi. Love it.

I was looking for an inexpensive USB wifi adapter that I could add a larger external antenna to, and this one does the trick. I was able to get this adapter working in Windows, Linux, and on a Raspberry PI. One nice thing is they included a small CD and a USB drive with the driver included (this was a big help having the USB when I was working on the PI). They also threw in some stickers! All in all a good experience.

Signals and speeds so far I have not been disappointed. Not as small as a usb stick as the antenna sticks out but it catches alot of signal.

Works great most of the time.

Plugged it in to my laptop and was walked through the instal super quick. From opening my package to perfect Wi-Fi connection was total time if maybe 15 minutes!

Old wireless card went out, went into panic mode since had to finish financial docs and needed to connect to internet. Ordered this adapter on Amazon, it delivered next day, and had it back up and running in about 15 minutes, works better than the old adapter.

If you encounter trouble connecting to 5g you will need some technical know how, otherwise product works as intended. Refuses to discover both 2g and 5g at the same time took some tinkering in device manager properties to get 5g to pop up.

Very easy to install. Got an old HTPC up and running again. In my old house, it sat near the router so didnt have to worry about WiFi connection. In my new one, the router is on a different floor. Connection is strong. Even on the 5GHz band from a different floor, I get full signal and faster connection than I have on my other devices on the same floor.

I have had the item now for about a month and am very please with it.

Ive been using this USB WiFi Adapter for two weeks now, and its working great; I had to change the one I had because it kept disconnecting from the internet. This one maintains a lasting connection.
