This umbrella seems like its made of great quality material and going to be very sturdy. I love the dual cases (the slip sleeve and the zip case) because theyre going to be very handy for travel. The umbrella opens and closes seamlessly and looks very sleek.

My VAN BEEKEN Umbrella arrived in a sleek, stylish carrying case, with yet another covering on the umbrella. I immediately tried it out by pressing the button to open it, which it did with ease. The canopy itself is lightweight, yet it feels tough and is well built with more than one type of material making up the ribs: springs, the metal, and etc. The retraction was employed with ease. I have a little difficulty pushing the umbrella down, but I suspect thats because it is new. I tried the umbrella out during my walk and I was amazed at the covering it provided from the sun. The next night in my city we had a storm wherein I could use my umbrella. It kept me dry while walking in the rain and held up against the winds. I also tried entering my vehicle with the umbrella, which did not go well for me (I got wet); but like most umbrellas there is just no easy way to maneuver getting in the car and closing the umbrella. Getting out of the car and opening the umbrella went very smoothly.

Oh my gosh! I love this umbrella! I needed this when my children were little and I was carrying them. The umbrella can be opened and closed with one hand. l love the wooden handle that fits perfectly in your hand. It comes in a zippered cover that is flexible and it in a fits zippered sturdy case. The button that opens and closes the umbrella is easy to work with and no pinching of fingers trying to get the umbrella closed. I am going to use this for many years to come. I plan on carrying it with me.

I look forward to using this umbrella for college. It fits really well into my bag. It comes with a case for it, which gives me peace of mind in case I need to store it for a little time when wet. The single button to open the umbrella is one of the other reasons why I chose to purchase this product. UPDATE: 3/29/2020 This umbrella is great; however, after some uses, it has been starting to break down and become loose with strong winds.

Very nice quality and nice add-ons with zippered slipcover and sturdy zipped case. Have only had a chance to use once, but the push button to open and close worked well. Wish I had been able to test against wind, but am not sure that it would hold since there doesnt seem to be any vents.

I love the hard case in which the umbrella is stored. It keeps it protected from everything that is thrown in my backpack. It is very sturdy when opened. While the wind was inverting others umbrellas, mine stayed where it belonged. It also dried out very quickly. I am thinking of buying another just to keep in the car.

This is a great umbrella It comes in a beautiful case I had it during a wind storm in vacation and it did not break or had any damage. It is also easy to carry in my tote bag.
