Victorinox 12 Inch Fibrox Pro Slicing Knife with Granton Blade

Arrived 2 days early, but discovered this thing is huge; barely fit into my knife drawer. Extremely sharp and worked well with turkey breast, cornbeef brisket, and thinly slicking tomatos. Believe it would be great with pork or beef roasts as-well. If I had to do it over again, would look for something a little shorter.

Its razor sharp. It cuts meat and turkey in precise thin slices. Still i havnt used it for salmon , but I assume it will be as good.

I use this knife primarily for slicing brisket, although it’s great for carving any meat. It is inexpensive, but I don’t think you can get a better knife for this application at any price. Proof that more money doesn’t necessarily equal a better product. I highly recommend it.

Great knife, they last a very long time even when used daily. Good quality metal and sharpness.

After I received this knife and tested it for a few days I bought another one and sent it to my nephew who smokes a lot of brisket. It was plainly obvious, after I saw it and used it, that it would make the perfect brisket slicer. It is SHARP from the factory. Its comfortable and it will slice some stuff up. It does a great job for what it was designed to do.

This knife is a high quality product. Its a great investment with a reasonable price. Got one for everybody on my Christmas list.

What an amazing knife. Ive been smoking meat for years now and there is nothing worse than putting in all the preparation hours only to destroy the presentation with slices that look like Freddie Krueger cut them. This knife cuts super thin slices with ease or slices any way you want them. Im really pleased with the purchase and am learning how to safely use something so sharp- a couple of unintended finger slices are good motivation

Funny story at how sharp this knife is for reference. I was moving this knife and accidentally nipped an unopened bottle of pop...spewed everywhere! So yeah, this knife is sharp. Beware. My white walls are now sticky with pop residue.

Great for cutting prime rib, turkey, etc. Easily slices through with little effort. Great value.

This knife is incredibly sharp, and just glides through meat. Previously I have been frustrated slicing smoked racks of ribs, and on the advice of a friend, purchased this knife. Absolutely love it, no longer destroying the bark on my ribs. Totally worth it. Thinking about getting this as a gift for my Mom.
