> 24 hourThere was a differing opinion about whether this projector had enough lumens, etc. to be seen during daylight. The truth is that it doesn’t. Fantastic picture quality at dark...very decent at pretty dark. Cant see picture hardly at all even at 6-7:00 pm on an overcast day. I’m pleased with the projector/would buy again but if you’re planning an event and counting on this to be seen before dark....adjust your expectations. Happy viewing!!

> 24 hourCool projector. Upd. After 400 hours of development, a broken pixel appeared. Very disappointed, as it is a marriage matrix

> 24 hourThis is an awesome projector. Ive had a few, but this is the best one so far. Im projecting on 130in screen and it looks great. And the price is definitely a plus.

> 24 hourOur new home came with a mounted Sony projector that was on its last leg. It finally crapped out and we tried to take the budget route and ended up with a really bad, really loud projector. So I decided to bump up the price point a little and found that this one had great reviews. I couldn’t be happier. It was easy to install, easy to adjust, the picture quality is great (there is a weird ‘frame’ of light around the screen which might just be a setting I haven’t explored…. But it seriously doesn’t bother me). It’s been a few months since I’ve installed it and still no problems. Hoping this thing lasts a long time!

> 24 hourBin hoch zufrieden. Man sollte keine Wunderdinge erwarten aber HD und 4K sind für das Geld unschlagbar

> 24 hourFirst things first, because there is no mention anywhere of 3D support in the specs or product description there are a lot of comments out there stating that the PX701-4K isn’t capable of 3D. This is incorrect. It does in fact support 3D and it looks great! The older versions that were initially shipped did not support 3D. However, since then ViewSonic has made the necessary hardware & firmware upgrades to correct this. Now that the 3D speculation is out of the way let me talk about the projector. It’s a great 4K projector considering the price tag. True, it’s not native 4K but it does produce 3840x2160 pixels when inputting a 4K signal into the projector. The projector does this. by what’s called “Pixel Shifting “. This is done to expand the native 1080p resolution to produce an effective 4K image on the screen. So, basically, you’re still getting 4K resolution without the much higher price tag you would pay for a native 4K projector. When you play 4K content the projector also displays 3840x2160 on it’s display on the screen. Another nice thing is that it supports HDR & HLG. However, it does not support Dolby Vision which is not a dealbreaker for me. The 3200 ANSI lumens produce a nice bright and vivid picture. I also really like the auto keystone feature. I have the projector sitting on a coffee table which is much lower than my screen and I didn’t have to adjust anything. The projector automatically adjusted the image perfectly. The fan is pretty quiet as well and If you have a surround system you won’t hear it at all. I haven’t tried gaming on it yet but if the specs are correct this should be great for gaming too! Overall I’m satisfied with the projector.

> 24 hourIts a solid projector for the price. But when you receive it, make sure its the right item! I received a PX701HDH rather than a PX701-4K, and the refund/replace procedure takes forever.

> 24 hournice projector but with limitations, pros: very bright image in dynamic mode and normal mode, well detailed image. cons: the zoom and focus work apparently in a funny way (but maybe it was me not able to set them properly?) in eco mode and super eco mode the image is not bright; in all 4 options and despite the adjustments made the visual effect is not very engaging (in dynamic mode it definitely improves); It is a good product for the price but with many limitations, personally I will opt to spend 200 pounds more and buy an epson 7000 projector.
