ViewSonic PX701-4K 4K UHD 3200 Lumens 240Hz 4.2ms Home Theater Projector with HDR, Auto Keystone, Dual HDMI, Sports and Netflix Streaming with Dongle on up to 300 Screen

Only objection I have is there limited source input options unlike other projectors. I dont use it for games, but I guess that is what this model is made for. I dont have anything to play on it over 60 refresh rate so I cant tell the advantage of the 240 rate. IDK if it does 3D, based on the menu options looks like not.

I finally decided to buy a projector for hunker-at-home movies during corona times. This 4K projector, @ ~$900, was a great balance of cost vs functionality. @ 3200 lumens, its very decent brightness when the sun goes under, and decent enough in daytime. I chose not to buy a unit with advanced audio processing since I intended to use the projector with firestick. I also purchased a vizio 5.1 sound bar and use bluetooth to connect to the audio, and its been great. The down side of using bluetooth is that you do have to touch the sound bar remote to get it connected. however, saved hundreds of $$ w/o the advanced audio in the projector. One gripe: when the unit goes asleep due to non-activity, the screen goes blank, but it does not shut off the lamp. This seems a bit of an oversight that it could shutoff the bulb and save the bulb lifespan. All-in-all, pretty happy with it.

Hands down this is one of the best projectors I have ever used, it blows the water out of the Optoma 4K gaming competitor. The input lag is very, very low and definitely meets or exceeds the advertised 4.5ms. I use this projector primarily for lab research in 1080P mode where latency is a major concern and we are extremely happy with the brightness, response speed, and image quality. The response time in 4k is great as well, but not quite as fast as lower resolutions. Our previous Viewsonic 1080P projector lasted us 10 years, and we still use it today! Happy to have finally found the high quality product we needed, we will definitely continue buying Viewsonic in the future.

I purchased the artlii projector energon 2 And this product as well. (In short) The artlii projector energon 2 will do everything the ViewSonic will do except play Gaming Systems in 4k. Movies on the artlii projector energon 2 have the same nearly image as ViewSonic px 701. The artlii projector energon 2 is advertised as an outdoor projector but looks awesome indoors as well. The ViewSonic has a 3D section however information in not IN THE MANUAL. (In Short) if you want to just watch movies in 4k you should buy the artlii projector energon 2(cost apx under $300 compared to the $800 ViewSonic). Biggest Cons : ViewSonic support. ViewSonic support team have very limited knowledge and it is almost impossible to reach a technical support agent. Pros: will play all video gaming system in 4k with awesome pictures. Finally (artlii projector energon 2 is the Winner Here and will play PS5 in 1080p and it delivers and great image quality as well. Once again it looks great indoor and outdoor with 4k movies) ViewSonic has 3d capabilities/ But good luck trying to figure out how to set it up or what glasses to buy for this system. I purchased three sets of active 3d shutters Glasses none of them connected to the ViewSonic) Honestly if it were not for the PS5 showing up in 4k I would return the ViewSonic) Movie Watchers**** save you some money and go with the artlii projector energon 2 looks good INDOOR as well as Outdoor with an Amazing 4k Quality the ViewSonic is indeed slightly better but only a super pro can tell the difference.

PX-701 4K ... For the amount of money paid, I would expect far more from a projector, the whole point for getting a 4k is to see a screen with a decent colour. This projector might tick boxes in detail and pixel shifting, but thats pointless when is so dull and lifeless. If the contrast and colour are adjusted in manual, it scrapes close to passible, however in doing that, the dark scenes are virtually invisible. All in all , I would not recommend this a contender at £900, I went back to a 15 year old quality projector and there isnt much difference. To add the loud noise , tacky remote, for this money, you expect something half premium. There should be separate review page for each model to give the buyer a better buying experience. not wade through a bunch of review on unrelevent models. Extremely underwhelmed and dissapointed.

Dieser deutsche Hersteller gibt ehrlich die ANSI- Lumen an (was kommt an der Leinwand an) und führt Leute nicht wie mancher Chinese in die Irre mit der einfachen Lumen- Angabe (was passiert im Beamer). Die 3200 des Viewsonic sind bald doppelt so hell als die an anderer Stelle großspurig angegebenen 7000. Zudem ist hier das Bild fantastisch in den Farben und Kontrast. Es gibt sehr flexible Zoom und Bildausrichtungsmöglichkeiten. In der Lüfter- Lautstärke (für mich ein heikles Thema) liegt er 9dB unter der billigen Konkurrenz, was ca. nur ein Viertel der Lautstärke bedeutet. (6dB Unterschied ist Faktor 2, Messung mit iphone- app)

Leider sind die Farben verwaschen. Da lohnt sich ein Full HD Projektor mit satten Farben in der selben Preisklasse wesentlich mehr, als ein einstiger 4K mit blassen Farben.

This projector is bright but it does lack color greatly. It is 4k and gaming in this is flawless. I also have a viewsonic 1080 projector and it has a double rgb color wheel that produces way better colors. Difference is this can be used during daylight hours. Speakers are better on my 1080 projector these are very weak you will need a sound bar. The shipping upset me the most. No padding or support other than Saran wrapped in plastic. I hope it lasts.

ottimo prodotto, i colori sono molto accesi e la modalita a bassa latenza è atomica se usato per giocare anche agli fps. ma... se soffrite di rainbow effect probabilmente dopo 10 minuti vi ritrovereste a espletare il cibo di natale del giorno prima, un vero peccato anche il fatto di non poter regolare gli angoli dellimmagine quando si è in modalita di gioco a bassa latenza, quindi se non avete un mobile frontalmente a voi ma volevate metterlo a soffitto o su un supporto inclinato e lo volete usare per giocare evitate.

Xbox series X all green except dolby vision... gaming at full 4k 60 frames perfect... dont feel any lag... So glad i bought this sweet projector... just wish i could set it up high and project down with out flipping it upside down... havent really messed with that too busy gaming
