> 3 dayThe brightness and resolution are great but there are very obvious purple glowing borders around all black or white images and text. Im assuming this is a problem with the projector and Ill need to get it exchanged. Update: the replacement is exactly the same. Ill still keep this because its the most affordable 4K and when playing games or watching movies I wont notice this. But man am I surprised this is how its supposed to look. And why arent more people complaining about it. Its so obvious. The images I posted dont even look at bad as it does in person. In my images its more blue because my phone is messing with the colors. But in real life its a much brighter purple.

> 3 dayGreat value for money. Well worth looking into getting one. I will update my review in a couple months when I have used it more.

> 3 dayThe pictures are great, but why it does not support bluetooth devices? In todays world, you still have to wire a speak system to this device. Not recommended.

> 3 day[Note, as I write this the unit is marked down to $646 brand new. At that price its worth a gamble as my unit had small defects which may have affected the entire output.] This projector is an example of the cart before the horse. Excellent 4K clarity, brightness, remote, menu response time, plus 3D. However the ground base of any unit is the brightness (ie white) uniformity, which this model has no better of than my old $400 projector which has been serviced multiple times. Projectorcentral reports its uniformity as 60% -- a poor mark, but Im not confident my unit even reached that. The far left side was always brighter than the remainder of the picture, and in mainly white or light scenes such as snow, sky, or sand there was a visible scoop of bright bias. Next, and at least as problematic, was the focus-zoom rings equation. The zoom ring was very stiff and jumpy, making it impossible to mask the pixel grid (screen door effect) as normally with a DLP projector you focus and zoom to maximum sharpness so that text aliases, then delicately dial down the zoom so that text is naturally rounded, thus reducing the pixel grid to a tolerable visibility of ~9 distance (which isnt affected by the size of the screen projected). However the focus and zoom were so fiddly on this model that they constantly borked the convergence and uniformity further, focus messing up the left side of the image, and focus the right, that I had to leave it at maximum sharpness, meaning a constantly visible screen door effect on any light surface. Crap. Then there were the menu lockouts. Color tweaking possibilities for this model are more than adequate when available. For whatever reason, more often than not they would be locked out, so, eg, Id play a film and the Movie color mode Id had it on previously would now be locked in place, so not only could I not tweak it, I couldnt select another mode or temperature profile. Sharpness seems only to be available for native 4K content too. Lastly, a couple glitches. My USB port would not power anything. I just turned it off via the menu before it created additional problems. The Blank feature would instead turn the projector instantly off -- which is not merely irritating but potentially destructive as projectors are built to run the fans for 30 seconds to a minute while powering down in order to expel pent up heat. Bonus info: I couldnt hear the 4K shift, which is to the good, as thats a common complaint. High altitude mode, if youre in the mountains or just somewhere very hot, is quite loud as is pretty much always the case with these small projectors, so youll need a hushbox if youre running it.

> 3 dayWe have this setup at a 200 diagonal screen size on drywall painted light grey/silver, and our primary use is gaming with an Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch. The picture quality is excellent in 4K. 1080p content looks fine, but I am longing for getting all NFL games in 4K. Literally Madden 23 is prettier to look at than the actual NFL broadcast because of my lack of getting the NFL in 4K. Weve watched a couple movies, both 1080p and 4K, and I am happy with this projector in terms of picture quality, brightness, and no lag for gaming.

> 3 dayIts a solid projector that keeps its promises. It feels a bit noisy, but in eco and silent mode its bearable. Still a bit too pricey, even with all the nice features which should be a standard for theese products. Maybe go for the 1080p version since the 4k version isnt native but uses pixel shift, therefore the price difference seems a bit much.
