The product itself is great, it does its job, one fill can do a full room. The handle and the trigger are awfully designed though. Its cheap plastic, and super rough so after about 10 minutes of use your hand is raw, I now have a blister from it being rubbed raw. We even have a rag over it to help but theres only so much you can do. The trigger being at the bottom makes it very strenuous as well, other than that though it works like a charm.

Weve used this to remove wallpaper. Its great. The Wallpaper tool is very good. Just a few comments: 1- It says 40 ounces of water. The tank will hold more than 40 ounces, but DONT fill the tank all the way because you will get a rush of hot water out the nozzle before the steam begins and trust me - that is not what you want. 2- the cap on the water chamber is unusual. They made it so that when it is hot, you can try to unscrew it but it will only turn and turn until the cap cools off. If youre in a hurry put the unit under a ceiling fan and give it a while to cool off. You dont want to add water to the unit until the unit has cooled off a little because it will cause the first little bit of water to boil and splash out of the opening. 3- when you first start to spray steam, there will be a spray of the condensed hot water coming out of the nozzle before the steam. So I point the nozzle in a direction that can stand the water (it only takes a second or two) then when the steam comes out, you point it at what needs the steam.

Previous wagner finally fell apart after years of heavy use: 3male pekes, 1 male chihuahua. Was pleasantly surprised at how compact it is and heating time has been reduced since my original purchase years ago. Like storage for the gadgets. Kinda bummed that my extras from my original arent compatible with the new one but, que será

Used unit on shower doors and it worked very well, although it creates quite a mess. Tried to clean tile grout, did not work well at all. Used on some mold around shower edges, again did not work. Used on granite couter top and it did perform OK. Bottom line is Im unimpressed. Its like $150.00 for a window cleaner. May return it. Did return unit. Also did not like the refill process. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to cool down so I could add water. Then had to wait another 15 minutes or so for it to reheat. Lots of wasted time. I bought another brand which is outstanding and works very well.

Only issue I had with this steamer is that once ready to use (heated up) there is an excess of water that comes out before the steam. Other than that it is great.

I got this to clean around the condo. It worked OK on white small bathroom tiles. It worked great on shower head gunk and faucet areas. The steam cleaned the mirror just needed a dry towel to wipe and it shines. I did use it to spot treat carpet and a little stain removal this damps the carpet and removed an old stain. Inside the oven it worked well on the bottom and sides and took 3/4 the stains from the grate and made it easier to finish by hand. I havent used it in the car yet but I believe it will clean the steering wheel and handles based on its performance after 2 months. Use the distilled water so it doesnt clog the nozzles.

Works well, does the job as advertised. The cord isn’t long, I suggest using an extension cord. When you first start it after the orange light turns off, users should know that a stream of hot water drips out before the steam, so beware. Good product, glad I bought it. Removed old stains from a mattress in one go!

Very strange, the picture and the text all say Wagner, but the actual product says Homeright. Nowhere does it say Wagner. I decided to try it anyway. I mainly bought it to kill weeds. I need to eliminate a lot of weeds in my front yard landscaping, and didnt want to use herbicides as I would like to introduce new plants immediately. I must admit I had no idea if this would really work. I have been boiling a 1.5 gallon kettle and dumping it on weeds. That works, but it take 20 minutes to heat the kettle and it is gone in 2 minutes. So this crazy steamer works GREAT. It takes a little over 1 liter of water in the thank, takes about 15 minutes to heat up, and then steams continuously for at least 1/2 hour, maybe more. The steam is super hot and the temp doesnt seem to dip at all during use. I killed at least a hundred weeds in one session. It doesnt have a custom weed killing cone, so I just used the small 2 brush nozzle on the end of the long wand. You just put that guy in the middle of the weed, press it down, and pull the trigger. Hold for 5 seconds and the weed is dead. It looks like parts are still alive, but it is dead. The next day you can tell it is a goner. If you have an area with lots of weeds, just click the lock and you dont have to hold the trigger, you can just go from weed to weed. Also, the 2 nozzle is so precise you can work up pretty close to plants you dont want to kill without damaging them. For higher precision, it has a pinpoint nozzle that puts out a narrow stream of steam. It does kill the plant as easily, but it reaches into nooks and crannies between rocks and pavement and such, and kills pretty good. Here in California it is dry and sunny, and the steamer kills the plant without introducing a lot of water into the soil, which keeps other seeds from starting up. The boiling water would spread out into the soil and other weed seeds would germinate within a few days, so it was a continuous operation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the strange representation of this product as Wagner with no explanation.

I was searching for various ways to treat a bedbug infestation in apartments and the search ended with the purchase of this steamer unit. Coupled with a few other treatment options, we were able to eradicate the problem. The steam temperature exceeds the temperature in which Bedbugs and eggs can survive. D.E. powder, spray and other measures also played a role in our success.
