Weve all seen the infomercials... Effortless instant cleaning! If you expect this, you are in for a rude surprise! Bit if you use it for the right things, it IS a big help. BEFORE YOU START: The steam is LOUD, especially in close quarters! I use the earmuff hearing protectors I use for lawn mowing & shooting. It really helps! Without it my ears are ringing after just a few minutes. The steam mop works well on hard floors, but be sure to run the steam through until ALL water leaves the tube before you put the cloth on or is just gets soaked. When you start with a clean dry cloth (ANY will work, microfiber is best, followed by terrycloth) it IS fairly effortless to clean all but the dirtiest floors. They are dry in seconds unless you have a spot you used a lot of steam on. Where this really shines is using the power jet with either the plastic or bronze brush. With those I got shmutz from cracks & crevices I never even realized were dirty, like all our baseboards! It helped clean our range a LOT. I get grease & dirt from out of places I really thought I had cleaned well! With the plastic brush tip I was able to clean all the grout and seams around the bath to the point that they looked much brighter, and the soap scum came off of all the tile! But it DID take a lot of scrubbing on my part, both with the tip and with a nylon brush. I used it to clean out the tracks on all of our windows, getting out years of dirt. CON: The glass squeegee was a big disappointment. While it did remove most of the grease & dirt, it left behind so much water that I still had to dry them, NOT like the commercials. There is no on board storage for anything other than the 2 jet tip brushes. DONT lose the tiny funnel, it really IS the easiest way to fill the tank. The cord is short, so I bought a 10 3prong grounded extension cord. Without it Id have been spending more time plugging back in & waiting to reheat. PRO: Besides the above, this unit is 1500watt and holds 48oz of water. This compares to the 500watt 6oz to 1000watt 15oz toys Id tried before. This also has nearly twice the pressure of the cheapies, and that works to blast away all the dirt I was cleaning from all those tiny places! I like cleaning without any chemical odor or residue. I did try adding a few ounces of white vinegar, seemed to help. As long as you do your part, it will help you get better cleaning done in less time.

I wish that they had a better attachment selection like the McCulloch steamers. That being said, it works really well but make sure it has what you need.

I bought this to clean an old home that we are renovating. It was neglected and then abandoned. This thing gets in every nook and cranny. Ive used it on ceilings, beautiful moldings with creases and crevices, old windows/frames and sills we are restoring, floors, plumbing, wallpaper and walls, you name it. I love this thing!! Made a big job very easy to tackle! I was debating on spending thus much, but for the time it saved me, its worth every penny!

Very sturdy looking cleaner. I absolutely love the mopping option. I use it for cleaning hardwood floor and bathrooms. Window cleaning option is also really great, works well and with lot less mess afterwards. Metal nozzle is another great accessory, it makes cleaning tough stain on kitchen stove really easy. All in all worth purchasing if you like cleaning your house yourself or you are just stuck at home in this pandemic and can’t get expert cleaners indoor. There are few (about 4) things that can be improved. 1) Cord length is too small, maybe that’s by design but it would be good to have it about 10 feet atleast to get around the room from a single socket. This one is easy to fix, I had to get a extension cord. But it would be nice to have a longer cord. 2) With 3-4 accessories, storing is quite a pain. I wonder if they could have given option to mount the accessories on the tank itself. This is common problem with all cleaners, lot of accessories (twice of what you need and no good way to store them). 3) There is no telling if the tank is low on water, you have to manage that yourself. For 12-14oz of water it runs 15 minutes. The problem is when you cleaning you are not constantly spraying, so managing that timing is difficult, and all of a sudden steam comes to stop and you have to refill. That takes about 40 minutes to get back to the cleaning (20 minutes to let the cap cool down before unscrewing and 20 minute to get the water heated up). This is lot of time to get you out of you momentum. I found it really annoying. 4) Lastly, safety is little bit of concern. They have taken measure to make sure it is safe to use. The cap strew for water tank is really long, that’s awesome but the screw can get really hot. All you have to save yourself from touching the hot cap is a warning on the cap. I wonder if the flap is little tight to open for kids and if they can have that warning upfront (trading looks for safety), or if they could have just added a locking mechanism to stress that opening the tank cap is not safe when it’s running or hot. Even with all this “area of improvement”, this is great product to have.

This is the best steamer Ive had so far. It is compact and can be kept in a cabinet, but holds 5 cups of water. I just clean all of my window blinds and am going to use it for baseboards tomorrow. It makes life so much easer!!!

For the price I have no complaints. It worked better than I expected. Now it has me looking at $2500 units... LOL

To preface this review I want everyone to know I have a slight bias: My first steamer was a Scuncii Steamer. The absolute best hand held steamer ever created until it stopped working. In 2003 or 2004 I bought my first hand held steamer and it was so amazing. I had to replace it 3 times but to me I still got my money’s worth. Since my last Scuncii (2019)died I started shopping for replacement. I really liked the simple hand held steamer with enough water capacity to easily clean full kitchen (incl appliances inside and out) with only a single refill(2] fillings. I had bought a replacement that I thought could use all the same attachments but when I got it it had the tiniest water tank; four refils to do 200 sq ft baseboards. I gave that steamer to my sister with a tiny home and wished her well. Then I purchased the Wagner because of it’s paint sprayer reputation Wagner has already established and because the large Wallpaper Remover Steam plate. We may not do a lot of wallpaper removal jobs but the ones we get are miserable and ultimately require steamer rental. At first I was overwhelmed by the large size but I read the manual end to end and decided to take it on my next job. House cleaning on a remodel job where cleaning the kitchen appliances was part of the job. The fridge freezer was typical of most people. Not gross but definitely used with multiple leaked items left long sticky trails of choc syrup and strawberry syrup down the insides of the unit and some unknown meat had defrosted at some time or another leaving it’s nastiness frozen in a pooL at the very bottom of the freezer. There was also a stovetop with built up grease in layers. I can say the Wagner with just its spray nozzle made easy work of all the mess. I did not have to refill it at all. The long hose gave me lots of maneuverability. The power cord Is way too short and no matter the job you will need to have an extension cord. You have to make sure to allow complete heating of the water otherwise it sprays too much water. It will do the same with the window tool. Makes it difficult to use that tool. Ultimately it’s a large capacity steamer good for home clean up and larger jobs like full house paint prep or kitchen appliance clean up. It’s not my Scuncii Steamer but it is a whole lot more in a bigger package. Very good price. I recommend.

This is a powerful, versatile, and use friendly steamer and Im a little upset because I may return it. Heres the problem, the tank capacity is great holding 40oz of water at a time but Im using this at my detail shop and we go through an average of 20 cars a day in the summer. Once your low on water the tank must be depressurized and then you can open the reservoir to fill water. Thereafter itll take 9 min before its ready to use again. Again if your using this for a retail home setting do not shy away from this machine, its a beast. Just wish there was another way to add water to this tank. Im going to stop give it 5 stars because it has everything you need for most use cases and it does it well

    Greater than one week

Doesn’t clean like I had hoped, did work somewhat tho, but the Ease of Use....gotta suggest a better way to squeeze the trigger, I got blisters. Other than that very nice!
