I spent so much time analyzing and comparing power steamers online and eventually came to the conclusion that this would be the best bang for my buck. I have about 700 sq ft of tile with white grout and 3 bathrooms. Professional steam cleaning was going to cost way more than this machine. Ive used it about 3 times so far, and here are my personal experiences: Pros: Blasts away dirt in hard to clean places. I had no idea how much gunk was caked up around the jets of my master bathroom tub. This makes me feel much better about taking a bath and washing my toddler in a tub cleaned without harsh chemicals. Less elbow grease needed. I was grateful not to have to scrub, my baseboards and cabinets. Steam did a lot of the work for me. No chemicals needed for the shower stall or glass door. The squeegee tool makes cleaning shower doors a breeze. My mirrors were a little more complicated since I havent mastered the quickness of flawlessly wiping the wetness with the squeegee tool so it did leave spots and streaks. Beats paying a pro to come and charge $$$. Cons: This review is 4 stars because of the fact that there is no water level indicator. At first I really thought this would not be a big deal, but it is definitely a design flaw and heeds the use time between jobs. When the machine needs a break to steam up, the indicator light comes on, but otherwise, how do you know if its running out of water? You cant simply uncap the tank and check because it is extremely too hot and boiling steam and water pops out and burns anyone within 5 feet. So this means you can steam clean for a little while but when the handle becomes too hot or the light comes on too often, its probably time for a break. That means you have to let it sit for a while (20 mins or more) before you can uncap, fill, steam back up and go. By all that time, I have found another way to get my chores done and over with. This machine requires a lot of time management if you plan on doing all your steam work in one day. The scrubber brush gets used up and gross pretty quick. I suppose Ill have to investigate buying new ones since theyre not listed on Amazon as stand alone items. There is no on board storage for the accessories or the hose. I had to put everything in a bag to keep it all together. My husband kept moving the funnel around the house and I had to keep an eye on it to keep it from getting lost under the sofa like everything else. You should at least be able to wrap the hose around it like a canister vacuum. The handle really does get to hot to hold after a while. Cleaning with a pot-holder is not efficient, but necessary with this product. The machine needs time to create more steam more often than you would think. 45 minutes of steam time is not continuous. When the light comes on you have to stop what youre doing and find something else to do until its green again. Again, I didnt think this would be a big deal, but it is pretty annoying. 45 minutes of steam power is not a correct indication of anything. It took about an hour and a half to clean my bathroom and there was still water in my machine when I was done. How much? I have no idea, but the handle was too hot to keep it going and the light was coming on a lot, so I just stopped and gave it a break. I would say you can squeeze the trigger and get steam for about 3-5 minutes at a time max before the red light comes on. Way too hot and time consuming to use with children around. I had to get my mom to babysit in order to get things done. Its also not a replacement item for a steam mop. I use the shark steam mop for my floor tile, since this machine needs too many time-outs. Overall, I find that I do NEED this machine to clean those nasty hard to get to areas and use less chemicals in my house. I dont regret my purchase at all since there is no flawless power steamer of this caliber on the market right now, but its not worth 5 stars. I also recommend buying lots of microfiber cloths to wipe up the wet grime as you go. Regular cloths dont grab it all as well.

This is the best steamer Ive had so far. It is compact and can be kept in a cabinet, but holds 5 cups of water. I just clean all of my window blinds and am going to use it for baseboards tomorrow. It makes life so much easer!!!

I had my past steamer die in only two years. I had started a home improvement project of cleaning a tile floor and the removal of wall paper. The steamer I had orphaned my steamer so I took a chance on this unit . Price was right and the variety of tools got my interest. It turned out to be just what needed. Time will tell if it holds up to my expectations.

The steam cleaner itself is great, but the attachments are junk. I have had multiple pieces break and melt and the company is not generous in fixing the problem. I am no longer able to use the cleaner because of broken pieces and I’ve only had it a year.

I was looking for something to detail the inside of a car I just bought. The seats are light, and came dirtier than Id expected. This little thing worked like a dream. I ended up cleaning out my entire car. The different attachments are very handy. Although, I ended up just using a couple. I will say I wish the brush attachments were a little more sturdy. After once use I could definitely use new ones. It does take some time for the water to heat up. I ended up using that time to vacuum out my car. By the time I was finished I was ready to use the steam cleaner. It took about 15 20 minutes to heat up. One full tank ALMOST did the job. I ended up having to refill the reservoir once to finish the front of my SUV. The water didnt take as long to heat up the second time around. If you have extra towels. Use them. I ended up buying a pack of 50 terrycloth towels. Id say I used 10 to clean the entire inside of my car. Including the upholstery. All in all Id say it was worth the money. I can see myself using this to do some deep cleaning inside the house, or detailing the other cars we have. Super handy, easy to use. Cord was more than gracious in length. Attachments were perfect. Especially for the tight nooks, and crannies. The unit itself is extremely light weight, easy to carry. I also love the little storage container on the front. I will most definitely be suggesting this to people looking for something easy to use to for steam cleaning.

I have used this steamer for everything. Originally purchased to battle a bedbug infestation, it literally destroys any and all bugs with super hot steam. I have used it to steam all of my carpets, mattresses, walls, bathrooms and even to clean my BBQ grill. Super long power cord and carrying handle make it easy to move around a room. Lots of accessories, each for a specific task. I absolutely love the floor steamer. The steam really brings carpet back to life. The only word of advice is to take care when filling with distilled water. DO NOT OVERFILL. As long as you dont over fill it, it doesnt spit water, it just dispenses steam. I highly recommend it!

The Wagner 915 lifted the dirt off my linoleum floor. It whitened my brownish shower stall grout. Oven and BBQ grease melted away against 100 degree of steam. The bathroom sink and toilet did not have that strong chemical smell from cleaning products after a thorough steaming. With a bit of scrubbing effort plus vinegar, hard water deposits comes off tile and shower floor eventually. Glass and mirror cleaning is a breeze. More importantly, steam cleaning is now a fun chore that everyone in the family is lining up to do. Steam cleaning has its limits. My BBQ cooking grate has several layers of caked-on, baked-in char, short of chiseling, steaming failed miserably. It will work on week old grease but not years of major charring. Care must be taken when steaming next to labels of the BBQ controls. They peel right off after a good steaming. My wish list to Wagner is to have a trigger guard so you dont accidentally let out dangerous steam when putting the nozzle down or against something. Thats why guns have trigger guards as well as safety locks to prevent accidental firing. The brass brush should be stored brush side down to prevent from accidental finger poking. It starts to hurt after getting poked ones or twice trying to fill the tank with water. There should be a level fill mark to indicate how much water is there. This is important so you extend the life of your heating element and tank. The red and green indicator lights are hard to see when used under bright sunlight. Steam cleaning indoors can be quite loud so invest on ear plugs, ear phones or ear muffs. Otherwise, the Wagner is a good steam cleaning appliance. I like the long hose that holds up to stepping and crushing. The plastic material used for the attachments is reminiscent to the industrial grade Kirby vacuum cleaners. Everyone talks about how short the cords is but it really does not bother me. I just got myself a good extension cord. Use of distilled water might turn-off some potential buyers. I want this baby to last a long time so I will continue to use distilled water. I like the transparent rubber guard protecting the on/off toggle switch. Im quite sure thats there for our safety and protection. I didnt mind investing on cheaper small white towels specifically for wiping and/or floor cleaning. The floor scrubber has large enough clips to hold almost any towel material. As long as the width of the towel spans the scrubber, it should work. I find the Wagner 915 ECO Green, and a very good cleaning machine.

This should go w/o saying: but make sure you know the material is safe to steam PRIOR to using. Obviously read your all of your manual PRIOR to using. ( My surfaces were fine) Purchased a few weeks ago. Finally used it in a couple of different ways: in bath used on tile in showers / bathtubs & sinks & floors on hardware. Worked great for all of these ..I used the smallest sprayer nozzle for all these areas ( other than the floors) While it didn’t take my grout back to its original clean —it did lift off a very good amount of surface soiling. You could definitely tell the difference. I also used on my sealed wood floors & again you could really tell they were MUCH cleaner. The ONLY con(s) would be 3 things thus far : Biggest for me was : that handle is hard on the hands & if you use it for the entire duration of a steam ? Your hand will feel it due to hard surface of the handle. I will probably use some type of glove next time I use it. Other design flaws? The short cord. Of course I used w the proper /approved extension cord & also ? You have to really eye ball when filling the tank bc you don’t have visible tank line. None of these are deal breakers to me for the price point. Overall? For the money? This steamer ( so far) is definitely worth the it! It provides a decent amount of steam and power to clean. The manual says you get about 40 min of steam I found that to be accurate. I like that I don’t have to use chemicals to clean. So far I would recommend!
