These connectors are convenient, fit in small spaces, and work on wires 24-12 gauge.

As an alternative to wire nuts they are a little more expensive but very handy. I use them whenever Im connecting a stranded wire to solid copper...like a new light fixture. You can ensure there are no stray strands and the connection is solid. They are also excellent if space is limited in the box.

A game changer in safety and ease of use. When it comes to changing old outlets and switches for smart ones, the size of them renders some 1 and 2 gang boxes unusable. By using the Wago lever nuts, one can gain precious real estate the old nuts and old way of wiring, ate at leisure. I found some 1 gang boxes in my condo to be too small for the wonderful Legrand GFCI duplex receptacle USB C + USB C charger. In some rare cases, not even the Wago can help.

These were super easy to use. The connections are strong and with the clear window, you can see that you have a solid connection.

My opinion… these perform so much better than the typical wire nut that’s been around for decades. I’m not saying those are a bad choice- just not as good as a lever nut- in my opinion. Yes, both types are Amp/volt specific But… these can be one handed operation, if need be. They allow for different wire sizes to connect using the same bit instead of multicolored size kits. The limitation is how many wires you connect at the junction. Just need the block to accommodate your desired number of wires. The lack of tapered housing, being square - allows then to tuck into LED control module housings for a clean install.

These made wiring my garage addition a breeze. Used them for wiring and switches. My father in law a life long master electrician even agreed they are a great product especially in tight spaces in boxes.

Im still a budding electrical reliability engineer for my home appliances. This package gives more flexibility to test and separate multiple electrical connections from grounding (unintentionally) to the metal box. Im not an expert but the AWG 20? gauge copper ground wire from the three wire residential line fit almost too snug when I installed a couple smart switches in my house. The levers would sporatically snap up, and the wires would fall out during my install repositioning, often with a click that caused me to think that the circuit was powered on. The connections are also a little tricky if the wire is not flat (especially coming out of the twist type connector). After stripping enough wire, doing the pull test, and then checking for continuity i decided its best to use electrical tape to secure the levers. The connectors work very well with smaller braided wires. To be honest, I wish there were 4 way connectors included here. This package has options for 2,3,5 connections and plenty of each. Nothing was missing. Its just nicer to have the option for what I need. If a person needs a quick way to test and install semi permanent circuits without using a lot of space within the residential metal box. These work well. I can see when the connection is completed. With the normal twist type previously removed its just a blind hope the wires have a bond. Not displeased with the purchase.

I love these things. I did some research on these before ordering them. They hold up under stress very well. These are the Cadilac of connectors (221 with the levers). They work with various different gauge wire (including 14 and 12). The levers may not stay down when sprung on the wire so as recommended by others, I wrapped the connectors with electrical tape. So easy to use and I believe they will hold up well.

Wire nuts were just not working in this application of a new circuit from a new sub-panel to add receptacles in my garage for freezers and power tools with 12 ga stranded wiring coming through conduit to a junction box, and these work great. They simplified wiring in a junction box that is hard to reach and has two different circuits with common ground wires. They will also make it much easier to add additional outlets to this new circuit down the road when I get that far in our home and garage renovations.

Simplistically brilliant in its design and function; so much better than wire nuts. Just use the guide on the side to measure the length you need to strip. Insert and close. That simple. Buy with confidence, and beware of imitators (theres a lot out there). If you find this helpful, please click the button below. Thank you.
