> 3 dayA peer told me about the lever nuts. Ive tried both the ideal and Wago in a side by side usage. The Wago 5 port is the cats meow when wiring metal 2-gang boxes with pass thru, two duplex oulets, and bonded ground. The two and three port Ideal work perfectly fine, but the Wago is slimer and in shallow boxes that is critical. Prices are comparable, but my local supply only stocks Ideal. So wago looses in the accessibility for short notice jobs. So, stock up!!

> 3 dayI just used these connectors to rewire a 240 volt heat treating oven. Theyre much easier to use than screw terminals, much more secure than wire nuts, and have the capacity in terms of voltage and amperage that I needed. They work much better in tight spaces. And the fact that you can join solid and stranded wire easily and securely makes them very valuable.

21-11-2024No downside of the product. Awesome in every way. If I was to buy again though I’d grab an extra pack of the 2 wire ones because this pack doesn’t come with enough

21-11-2024These work great, never going back to wire nuts. The value on time saved and ease of use makes it well worth the cost.

> 3 dayI like the latch vs the push connection. Makes using smaller stranded wire easier

22-11-2024Wire nuts were just not working in this application of a new circuit from a new sub-panel to add receptacles in my garage for freezers and power tools with 12 ga stranded wiring coming through conduit to a junction box, and these work great. They simplified wiring in a junction box that is hard to reach and has two different circuits with common ground wires. They will also make it much easier to add additional outlets to this new circuit down the road when I get that far in our home and garage renovations.
