> 24 hourSo far, no dislikes. The speed is probably the feature most will like the most, it reads and writes ridiculously fast and its very easy to use. I just copied over 500GB of files in less than 12 minutes with ease on my old macbook pro, so far, I recommend it.

> 24 hourAll works fine, only thing is that it just doesnt get to the max speed listed in the specs, not real life proof... There are some lexar SSDs that go up to 900mbps... This one is listed as 540mbps but it often works at 300 or so... Yet I give it 4 stars because who needs that stupid high speed, it works fine.

> 24 hourI bought the product, plugged it into my MacBook Pro. It recognizes it. Great, it seems that all is well now I want to back up my laptop onto it. Tried to back it up using the time machine and then for some reason it stopped being recognized and the icon on the desktop is gone. Now I have no idea what is wrong, tried to call, tried to have a live chat, but they are closed. Restarted my laptop, unplugged and plugged the external hard drive back in, and even connected it to my spouses MacBook and still nothing. Now I have a $200+ 1 TB external hard drive that was supposed to be plug in and ready to use, not working. I have no support or help and all I feel is anger for trying to buy something of quality, but instead, I got a terrible product and terrible service. Dont waste your time on this product buy something else.

> 24 hourThe external drive works great so far no complaints. The price was a little high, but that is common place for a SSD drive compared to a HDD. I like the compact size, it doesnt take up much space when I use it my for my desktop or laptop.

> 24 hourI have many WD external drives and have had no issues so when I saw the external SSD I had to try it. So far this has been great - it is small, light weight and fast!

> 24 hourLimited testing on an Inspiron 7573. No optimization beyond token attempts to keep drivers up to date. Windows 10, usable as D: second I plugged it into a port. No issues moving to other ports. Approximately the same size as a business or credit card, although not as wide. Will be lost the first time My kids unplug it. Downloading an installing a single Steam game at 10MB/sec Connected to usb-c port (has DisplayPort logo next to it) Writes to drive burst above 30MB/s but mostly stayed around 20-25ish. Avg response time 3-8ms. Connected to USB port marked SS for superspeed Writes solid at 20-23is, no burst, but response time 10-20ms. Please note, connected to usb-c i’ve seen write bursts to 140MB/sec. I don’t know if I can truly say the top speed of this drive, but the port on your machine may make a significant different

> 24 hourI use this to transfer files form a windows work computer to my Arch system at home. Works fine, my only 2 gripes are the case is a tad bulky but more important, the cable they give you is maybe 6 inches long. Would recommend just buying a new cable or this will dangle from just about any USB port you plug it into.

> 24 hourMy son was happy with this gift. I didnt know what it was. After a long explanation by him I know now that is a computer in its own merit. Hes using it by now in his job, and has been qualified (by him) as the better gift of the later years.
