I had a twenty five year old flashlight with scratched lens and week bulb. the old lens was scratched. these lights are hard to find and expensive to replace so I got an LED bulb and this lens and WoW new light at a third of the price. bought for my new 2 D cell LED flashlight only to find out the lens cap doesnt come off. its not one of the ML series listed for not fitting. just make sure your lens can be removed before purchasing. this is actually a very good high quality product. my only issue is with Maglite making their LED flashlights non-serviceable. it does fit other flashlights though, I ended up using it in my snap on 2 cell flashlight.

I use my maglite 3cell flashlight for security. I modified it with the LED bulb and this lens. The results were wonderful, I now feel secure with the beam that it gives me and the clarity of the beam. This lens was a great modification for my flashlight. I give it 4 stars, I hope that helps others with their purchasing choice.

This kit gave my multi D cell maglite a new life. It went from basically an obsolete dim flashlight to my go to source of illumination.

Exactly as described- this lens was an exact drop-in fit for my 3D cell Maglite, and included a new o-ring... just right.

Easy to install, seems to be clear so far. I havent used the flashlights much yet. Well see if they wont scratch like the stick plastic lenses.
