SSD itself is fast, cheap, and theres nothing more on the specific drive that I can say that hasnt already been said by the others.

Vengo de un SSD sata comprado hace eones y este último año llevo experimentando mensajes de error sin poder iniciar windows. Después de reinstalar e incluso aprovechar para cambiar varias piezas, me seguía pasando. Así que aproveché para saltar al M2. He notado un salto cualitativo incluso superando al SSD. Si el SSD era rápido, el M2 más. Dos cosas a tener en cuenta, no se ha dejado planchar una imagen clon de mi disco duro antiguo antiguo por lo que he instalado un windows limpio (se hace súper rápido desde USB) y otro dato a remarcar, he notado un aumento de unos 6 grados de la temperatura de la CPU. Me ha pasado con un Ryzen, se ve que el M2 echa mucha mano de la CPU o esa es la sensación que me da. El M2 normalmente está a 40 grados, muy buena temperatura pero la CPU tiene subidones. Lo he solucionado poniendo voltajes y frecuencias fijas, y en el plan de energía lo he puesto en Alto rendimiento pero con la CPU al 90%. Ahora en Idle el pc no pasa de 38 grados en verano, una pasada para ser un M2 que pensaba que me calentaría la placa. Solo le he instalado todo el software, nada de documentos ni juegos. El SSD Sata iba como un tiro, pero con el M2 ahora es como un rayo. Totalmente recomendable.

It was very easy to install and get working I was able to transfer windows 10, discord and Stellaris on here in only a few minutes. When I booted up Stellaris it ran faster then when it was on my hdd and old m.2. The storage capacity is great for holding a few big titles and other small games.

Its a WD Blue drive, known for being the consumer version of their drives, yet the leaflet that comes with it says that its meant to be installed by a professional and not a consumer or anyone with no technical knowledge. Its a boxed product! It requires one screw! For the money we pay you, WD, you can include a screw that anyone capable of wielding a screwdriver can do. It takes all of 2 minutes to install once the case is open for crying out loud. Technical professional my foot.
