Ordered the product to boost the windows 10 OS boot on Dell Vostro 3400 laptop. Product reached ontime and installed, product does not come with heatsink/thermal protector searched in amazon unable to find a economical options... The capacity mentioned as 500GB but the original raw capacity is 465GB only. WD provides free acronis clone software so it is very easy to move the data completely and OS. Overall satisfied with performance

Nvme molto veloce sia in scrittura che lettura. Acquistata la versione da 500 gb è facile da installare. ottimo se si vuole revitalizzare un vecchio pc, oppure upgradare dal vecchio ssd a quello nuovo, avendo la porta Pci express. attenzione quando acquistate gli nvme che se non hanno il PCI allora hanno le stesse velocità di quelli sata

Must buy it, without a single thought. The only better option I had was samsung evo 970 SSD nvme but it was more expensive than this. I got this one @3400. A great buy. Go for it.... it hardly matters, since most of the important thing is the windows starts working faster. What you will gain by expending 2000 more to buy the samsung one only to reduce the time by 2~3 seconds. It hardly matters. Both have 5yrs of warranty. I was also in a lot of confusion between blue, black and simple one and then samsung and kingston one. But i bought it and its works great. Booting time is quite reduced.

El driver en sistemas operativos Linux no está optimizado, y son muy frecuentes os cuelgues por desconexión de la unidad. El soporte se lava las manos. Precio bastante bien.

I returned corrupt SSD I was told when received they would ship out replacement after a month of western digital having my property that was corrupt I am told I need to give them the serial number I told them it’s on the product I sent back they have it they signed for package they have kept for a month, they are telling me without the serial number they can’t replace my product nor can they find my package I sent which was certified and signed for. I sent US postal certified numbers. Proof of purchase through Amazon and still no solution from western digital plus we ordered warranty on SSD Making customer jump through hoops still no solution. I feel robbed
