Works in my harbor freight 4K NVR surveillance system.

Received the Hard Drive when expected. Very easy to install and cant hear it run. Easy to format and had it up and running in a couple of minutes.

Got this for my unifi cameras. Installed in our Dream Machine Pro. Had to restart it a couple times but eventually it took the hard drive. No issues since the install. Definitely recommend as a surveillance drive. Its located off sight so I cant comment as to whether or not its noisy.

Works great for my video surveillance system. Easy to install. I would recommend it.

I have been using Western Digital hard drives since the late 90s and have experienced a very low failure rate. I use this drive in a security camera NVR. It records HD video 24/7 without issue. This is my first Purple series drive but appears to be as good of quality as other WD drives.

Received 4tb HD earlier than expected from seller. Plastic wrapped HD shipped in unmarked sturdy corrugated cardboard box which was in a bubble-wrap sleeve. HD itself was suspended within the box by hard plastic inserts. WD HD was marked with a manufactured date of April 2022. Item is being used in a surveillance DVR. No issues, very quiet, showed just 3.6tb available during initiation but believe that being due to proprietary formatting by DVR. Very pleased thus far with product and seller.
