Arrived quickly. Worked like a charm. Once again my kids are happy so I’m happy.

After I took an hr to install this unit, I find out the button does not click or work. No feedback. I write them, and tell them this and they say there is no warranty. Now I have an ipad with a replaced screen with no working Home button. Was told to buy another unit at half price to replace mine, and it is my responsibility to test the new unit. They also told me that if you install it, and it doesnt work, and if anything is installed, no returns. The screen also tape that is not strong enough to secure it to the ipad itself. There is also no instructions at all to install the unit. There are no tools included. There is a card that tells you to contact them if you are not happy, which I did, and they did nothing for me and told me basically I was on my own. I had to get amazon involved and start an az claim. Think carefully if you want to buy this unit without tools, instructions, warranty or customer service or pay a few dollars more for another brand/merchant. -- It states OEM adhesive- I doubt OEM adhesive is cut haphazardly and has no real thickness, I had gaps all around the top and sides of my ipad because the tape was not strong or thick enough. The adhesive is NOT 3m or brand name, it is >1mm thick and cut unevenly and even pasted together on spots around the perimeter of the ipad. No real standard. Its not just me with HOME button problems, read the other ONE star reviews. Dont get caught into the trap.

Screen is as expected - however it got an immediate hairline crack during very careful installation. Will spend more money next time in hopes of a less flimsy glass.

Worked great for 3 months, but suddenly became less responsive, sometimes it doesnt respond at all. More common than that, though, is it has developed the habit of doing things on its own! For example, and this happens A LOT; I will set it down, and come back to it hours later, and my iPad will suddenly be disabled for xxx minutes. I thought maybe my kids were messing with it, so I watched and waited to be sure, and sure enough! Set it down, wait a bit, the screen comes on and the unlock screen buttons randomly get pressed until it disables the iPad.. I tried contacting the seller to exchange it under warranty, but havent heard back from them, thus this review. If Im contacted and this made right, Ill update this review to reflect that.

Thank You! I was starting to lose hope on digitizer for Amazon! I recently purchased 3 digitizes from another seller for 3 different iPad and they all had the same problem, huge dead spots! These are great and worked perfectly no dead spots at all!
