There, a very courteous and capable customer representative helped me get the extender working. As it turned out, the extender would not connect to the router because I had turned off broadcasting the RFID as an extra security measure.Once I turned on broadcast, the extender connected immediately. I need it only once a week, so I disconnect the power during the rest of the week. So far, once I restore the power, the extender connects up in a few seconds.I am very, very happy with this extender and I am especially pleased with their customer support.

Reminder:
- The working status of the repeater can refer to its smart indicator light.
- WiFi signal booster is only limited to increase the coverage of the wireless signal, but not to increase the speed of the network.
- When the repeater expands the signal, it does not need to plug in the network cable. It can receive the signal of the router directly by plugging it into the socket, and transmit the wireless signal.
- When the repeater is unplugged or powered off after the setting is completed, it does not need to be reset. The original configuration information has been saved, unless you manually restore the factory state.
