Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

This is a fantastic little carry on. I have the Samsonite Silhouette Spinner carry on one as well and love that one so now I can compare these 2. They are both really nice luggages and the Silhouette is fantastic and has done many amazing trips with me. It has a lot of compartments to store your items on the outside, one main inside compartment and then on the inside flap you have a couple of zipper pockets. It feels sturdy and the wheels on this one are amazing, they feel like they dance over almost any surface!

Gift to my wife; we liked the size, the light weight and the secure and convenient easy to use locking; however, we are VERY DISSATISFIED with the quality of the material. The large suitcase broke up on top the third time it was used on 10/12/19 ; luckily the contains did not spill out. The suitcase material was not strong enough to survive the baggage handling in the airplane.

I have used it twice already and checked it in. The surface is sturdy and shows very minor scars to abrasion. The only thing was that the zipper inside(lining) had no tab. its ok because i dont open that part anyway.

I did not like them so I returned back

First time we had hard side luggage and didn’t like that you can’t leave it open on a luggage rack and that half your clothes are on each side. I like a lid opening.

Took 3 months, second trip for the first 5 inches crack that I fixed with glue instead of driving to your store 2 hour so that you honor the warranty. Then 8 months later, 4th trips another 4 inches crack! Still not inspire to drive. Cant believe that it is a Samsonite. I want to be reimburse otherwise Ill force to use it as a garbage can...

Split open the very first time using, Return window closed while we were on our trip. Waiting to hear back from product support.

Bare bones. It’s either too big or too small. No ability to tighten the tie downs made packing sloppy.

I expected rose gold and was going to use it, but was embarrassed by the color. It was pink, not rose gold.

I have never had a luggage with such a bad rolling experience, from the first time I used this and loaded it to about 40lbs, the wheels will get stuck on their own housing becuase the axle they are has some play and that allows the wheels to catch on the housing and become a very effective braking system when you want to roll! I cant return this anymore as I purchased during covid and just tried to fly with it after travel opened up again, but BE AWARE... Try this out to see if your wheels work OK under a mid-size load. Ill contact the MFG next to see if this is a MFG issue.
