Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

Ive packed this within the 50 lb limit all three times Ive used it, but on the 3rd use the hard case popped and cracked apart across the top when I picked it up to carry it down stairs via the top handle. Fortunately I was able to get some duct tape to hold it together until I got home, but I definitely wont be buying Samsonite again. Better to spend more money on something that will last longer.

Was excited to use it, finally, but the base of the wheel section completely cracked and gave way. I tried contacting Samsung through their customer service contact, but never received a call/email back. Super frustrating since its not a cheap piece of luggage. Would appreciate any help on an exchange or return. PLEASE!

First off, this is a really big suitcase. Probably bigger than you need for most travel. Its perfect, however, for college students on their way to dorms or semesters abroad. Its also amazingly light, especially given its size. It looks great, the locks easy to program (and much better than a separate lock, which can get lost), and the wheels move well. The case doesnt have a ton of features, but I like the inner bag with zippers on both sides. The inner straps feel a bit flimsy. If you need to schlep a LOT of stuff, this is your bag.

This was a very nice-looking suitcase and had good reviews. My experience was a broken lock after the first day of a 3 week trip, several scuff marks, and a broken expansion zipper by week two which we didnt need. This is usually a Samsonite is avery good brand, but I would not recommend this model. Sadly, by the time we returned from our trip, the Amazon return window of 30 days was over.

Fresh out of the box and it already had a non-working wheel. The retractable handle required a heavy strike to get the handle to retract. After I managed to get the handle retracted, I returned the poorly made unit.

Birthday gift. Haven’t used it yet. Very lightweight. Good maneuverability. Liked the design.

For a trip to Aruba I realized I needed another piece of luggage on short notice. I searched and found this perfect option. It arrived ahead of schedule and was the perfect size. The compartments within the case are spacious, allotting for perfect storing of full packing cubes. The ease of transition exists through the capable 360 spinning wheels, making navigating through the airport a breeze.

I purchased these suitcases because I needed new ones and these were Samsonite, a brand I have always trusted. They are lightweight but dont feel too sturdy. The handles do not feel like they are going to hold up. Time will tell. Decent otherwise.

This carry on rolls smoothly in all directions, and the handle is long enough for me to comfortably use, even though Im around 6 ft 4. My luggage scale weighed it at 7.2 pounds empty, which is a little higher than advertised. The lock was easy to set, and I love the different compartments that make this thing a dream for organized packers. The 10 year warranty and Samsonite brand overcome the fact that its made in China.

Just what is called for with a small trip.
