Just what I expected from Samsonite

Excellent value. Very durable and easy to lift and place in overhead compartments. It also holds a lot for the size. Perfect for short trips. Love mine.

This suitcase is a great value, it has all the functions that you would need. It did get scuffed up on the first trip as a checked bag. I dont think this is the fault of the suitcase just the carelessness of the baggage handlers. None of my items were damaged, thats what important.

Bought this for my 10 year old. He loves it.

We’re going to Mexico in April for our honeymoon

Got this for my son for a week beach vacation. Was able to fit everything he needed for a 6 day vacation (with smart packing of course). The dividers help with organizing clothes, etc. Very well made, very sturdy, nothing feels cheaply made. Samsonite name is a plus, you know youre buying quality. Everything works as expected. Its taken a beating in the one month weve owned it, and still looks and operates like new. Very satisfied with the purchase. Would buy it again if needed. Would recommend to family or friends.

Was super excited to buy this luggage set for a trip to Portugal. Hubby also bought the extended coverage. The large suitcase broke while on our trip. He reached out to Samsonite and was told that we would have to send the suitcase to the East Coast for repair…and that we’d need to pay for shipping and the repair. He reached out to the extended warranty company and was told that the repair should be covered by Samsonite. What a joke! This luggage was used ONCE. You’re better off going to Target or TJ Maxx for your suitcase needs!

I have used the middle sized suitcase twice due to the Covid19 travel restrictions. The corner of the suitcase above the wheel was so damaged after my non-stop fight from St. Thomas to Atlanta, that it cannot be used again. Very disappointed with the durability of this suitcase.
