Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

The set works very well, in each size. My only real reservation is the straps to hold each side in.place. they dont work very well. Everything else is as expected.

Love this suitcase!! Only needed this for a 3 week vacation, never had to use expandable zipper !

I have the 20” carry on and ordered the 25” this week. The 25” arrived completely destroyed as shown in the photo. I’m glad this happened during shipping and not with all of my stuff in it during a trip… will be looking for a different suitcase.

Very easy to maneuver and lightweight. My only negative is that it’s not navy, as described, but a bright, almost aqua, blue.

After one use, the large suitcase in this group failed miserably. During a normal luggage transport by a major airlines, the outer cover was ripped. Upon the return trip a week later, another place was damaged on the outside cover. I did purchase these as a gift and purchased the Asurion 4 year luggage protection plan and that has been a nightmare. Dealing with these folks is near impossible. After several months, Im going to attempt to make a claim again but dont have a lot of confidence that it will happen. Save your money and beware of the claims process!

The major United States air carriers: American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines, require carry on baggage to be no more than 22x14x9, and most European carriers are even more restrictive. This bag is 22.5x14.5x9.5, exceeding these restrictions by a half inch in every dimension. You may get away with it, but do you really want to be that person? You may also run the risk of having to check your bag at the gate, and you might be required to pay extra.

The Samsonite Winfield 3 DLX hardside carry on has four wheels, a semi-hard shell, and an expansion zipper. It has a TSA-approved lock, and the zipper tabs are inserted into the lock if youre planning to check the bag. Most wont check the bag, as its carry-on sized for most jets (except regional), and is even sized appropriately for many international airlines that have smaller carry on limits.

On the big suitcase, one of the inside straps either didn’t get attached properly during manufacturing or broke when I touched it because I didn’t even stretch it to connect it with the other side when it broke. Unfortunately I need to use it now so I am stuck with it for a few weeks of travel.

Bought this as a gift for someone who wanted it to complete a set. This seller has greatly overpriced the item but this was the only place I could find it. Also the seller originally provided me a tracking number for a different item and it was confusing and frustrating but after contacting the seller they gave me the correct information. Item arrived later than originally expected and I needed it for a birthday present. The person who recieved it was satisfied with it and said the quality is good.
