Absolutely love this! It works perfect with our Nintendo Switch, just touch the Amiibo to the controller and voila, you have a Wolf that follows around and helps you fight! Twilight Princess was always my favorite of the LoZ series, so integrating the Wolf into BoTW is a fun way to combine the games a little. Doesnt need to be written in English on the box to work, and the different language does not show up in the game at all. Cute figurine too.

Nice to find this at a fair price. There are plenty of scalpers on other sites asking a lot more for these Amiibos. Nintendo rolled out the Switch and concentrated more on game development/roll-outs for the new system (there are surprisingly few games) than support for the games already released. And since Nintendo suspended active support for the Wii-U, Amiibos for Zelda: BOTW are hard to find. Ive recently obtained NFC cards for all of the Amiibos from other sources, but the actual figures are so well-made, theyre still worth having.

I bought this Amiibo thinking that having wolf Link in-game on Breath Of The Wild would be super cool. Wolf Link does help battle enemies but his health is at a low 3 hearts, and he can only really follow you, stay on command, and fight enemies. Still cool!

I bought this to get the wolf pet in Breath of the Wild. This works just the same as the US version in the game! Amiibos are not region specific, and the only difference between them is the writing on their box. The only reason to get the US version over the Japanese model is if you are a new in box collector. Otherwise, they are the exact same amiibo! Keep in mind in order to train your wolf you DO need to play through the Twilight Princess mini game (or hack it, but wheres the fun in that). It only starts off with three hearts, and you are able to use it without the Twilight Princess game. You just wont be able to train it up. This is still pretty useful, but not super over powered like the 20 heart doggy is.

This is an interesting one. If you have the Twilight Princess HD game, its great for Breath of the Wild. If you want it for Hyrule Warriors, it counts as Midna for what you get.

These things cost way to much money. It’s a shame. Transaction went fine.

The expedited shipping was very affordable! The only gripe is that the packaging doesnt fit in a mailbox, but I am still satisfied with my purchase.
