Wolf Link Amiibo Jp Model (The Legend of Zelda Series)

> 3 dayI bought this to get the wolf pet in Breath of the Wild. This works just the same as the US version in the game! Amiibos are not region specific, and the only difference between them is the writing on their box. The only reason to get the US version over the Japanese model is if you are a new in box collector. Otherwise, they are the exact same amiibo! Keep in mind in order to train your wolf you DO need to play through the Twilight Princess mini game (or hack it, but wheres the fun in that). It only starts off with three hearts, and you are able to use it without the Twilight Princess game. You just wont be able to train it up. This is still pretty useful, but not super over powered like the 20 heart doggy is.

> 3 dayArrived as an NFC card instead of a figurine, which is fine as I only wanted it for the functionality. However, the seller loaded a completed profile on it so I got a wolf in BOTW with max hearts!!

> 3 dayThe picture on the ad showed a figurine, when it arrived it was a card. It works with the WII U. And if you dont care about the figurine it will work. It does have more hearts than the figurine. It had around 12. Not sure how many it had as I do not use it. It was ordered for someone else.

> 3 dayThese things cost way to much money. It’s a shame. Transaction went fine.

> 3 dayLoved it! They packaged it with care as if I were a collected never to open it. Although I did and it works fantastic. I was worried I was going to get a fake copy but I’m glad I didn’t!

> 3 daySo... 1. There is no doubt it’s a lovely collectible figurine for Zelda fans. 2. The Japanese version is apparently no different from the English version except for the card back. It still unlocks the Wolf in Breath of the Wild and the older game. But... It’s a bit pricey for what it is. Maybe I’m not up with the value of collectibles, but it’s basically 40 bucks for a very small DLC and action figure (but not a pose-able one). Maybe I’m jaded, but I think the price is a little high for what it is.
