> 3 dayno surprises here, received the item I purchased. some notes if it’s important? -sometimes the blades stick together maybe from being squished in a box or something. Not really a problem in my opinion. clean cuts, you get some good use before it starts catching on the paper a bit, pretty normal stuff. I’ve broken the tip a few times but that may just be inexperience with using it properly/ applying too much pressure not the right angle so it’s not really a Problem or anything, I mean there’s like a bunch of replacements so no qualms here. Regardless, it’s pretty straightforward, you get what you came for and carry on.

Greater than one weekI couldnt believe when I opened the package that the blades were in in a cardboard box wrapped in a piece of paper! I was expecting a compact plastic dispenser that also had a slot for used blades. This is typical of X-ACTO, though...it took them years to include a cap for their knives. If they werent so damn sharp, Id look elsewhere for blades.

Greater than one weekxacto is the only brand of craft knife i use, never had a problem with it. Dont expect them to keep a razor edge after cutting 20 pieces of paper, that isnt how this works, just change your blade. Keep in mind though, it may not be sharp enough to cut paper after a few uses, but its still sharp enough enough to cut you...

Greater than one weekI do not know why question number 2 of this review keeps referring this item as a toy. These blades are very sharp and cut through 1/2 foam with very little resistence. I used them to cut templates out of cardstock as well. Very nice to work with.
