> 3 dayI have a spot in my new x-acto kit for the little box of replacement blades. I ordered the Pack of 40. The picture is a box. What I got was 8 pegboard packs of 5 each. Storing this is going to be a large pain. If I wanted 8 packets, I would have looked for those. The description and box picture were deceptive.

> 3 dayI am not sure why Amazon has these #11 scalpel blades listed as a toy but... These are high quality and extremely sharp blades and the tip is needle sharp. They are oiled & bulk packed in a tiny little box so the only negative I can think of is that they are slightly difficult sometimes to separate from one another but other than that they are great and the bulk pack really gets the price per blade down.

Greater than one weekBlades are brittle and the point breaks off with very little pressure. Its difficult to retrieve an individual blade as well, since theyre all stuck together. The packaging also looks extremely suspect - the printing on the tiny box is very poor quality. I think theyre probably counterfeit, especially since Ive never experienced an xaxto blade snapping off at the point until purchasing these blades

Greater than one weekThese blades do not help to hold the protective cover on my real Xacto knife like the old blades did. Any good review does not matter to me if the protective cover falls off. This is a possible hazard. Safety first.
