doors are quieter and dont catch and retract on the way down like they were. I installed myself.Watch videos online and be careful with lower set- the only safe way is to bend rail for these rollers. Others can be unscrewed.

Nice packaging... but construction of roller was little odd ...had 2 rollers looked like miss assembled were crooked when rolling..

These rollers are definitely quieter than my 10 year old steel rollers from a new build. The noise is drastically quieter. Time will tell how they hold during Canadian winter weather and humidity. But sounds promising.

Rollers are excellent but ordered the wrong quantity (needed 2 more.) Installed the ones received and they made a significant difference. I contacted the company to purchase 2 more rollers and crickets... If you need the wheels, these are great as long as you recognize if there is any problem, you are on your own...

These fir perfectly and are very quiet

Replaced 12 rollers on my garage door and this worked perfectly fine to remove 90% of the noise when the garage door is in motion. Install was a simple process, just required a little YouTube information for best practices on installing the bottom rollers. Otherwise, would have only preferred a white as opposed to blue color - but thats just minor preference that doesnt affect function.
