> 3 dayThis anti theft device can provide extra security for your vehicle. It loops around the steering wheel and clips into the seatbelt. Undo the device with the key. Very easy to attach and detach. Not a difficult task. The red allows for a visual deterrent.

> 3 dayI love it ! Super easy to install I just hope it helps deter someone thinking of starling my truck. Just click it like a seat belt and to remove turn key and push button and it’s off seconds. I recommend this product.

Greater than one weekI like the lock. My only problem is that when the weather is cold, it becomes very stiff and difficult to bend.

> 3 dayThis device will slow down and possibly deter an amateur car thief. It comes with three keys and the materials are substantial. I would definitely recommend this device. My 20 year old manual transmission truck was stolen from a hospital parking garage in what is considered to be a safe city. This kind of anti theft item would very possibly have prevented the theft and saved a year of aggravation which is how long it took to get my truck back. I tried this out on my truck, a Ford Ranger which is small. It reaches to the driver’s seatbelt as well as the passenger belt. Measure your vehicle to be sure.

> 3 dayI like this much better than one of those bars/clubs that lock your steering wheel. This cable is smaller, less bulky and easier to transport and store. Its very easy to use - just wrap it thru your steering wheel and slip the buckle end thru the loop and connect it to your seatbelt lock. It unlocks with a key (there are three provided).

> 3 dayIt took a second to figure out how to undo the lock. It installs easily and can be easily removed and placed on the passenger side floor when not in use. I chose the red color, it comes with 3 keys. I purchased this item as a second system for myself and my car. I have a car alarm, but my job requires that I travel and complete paperwork in my car. I can easily plug/unplug this wheel lock in while I am completing that paperwork. I will carry the key for this lock on my person and/or hide a key in the car. My fear is to be car jacked while I am distracted. My idea is while the person is trying to figure out the lock, I can get away. My friends have pointed out that a seatbelt can be cut, but I figure it will take some effort and a sharp tool. It is too much work and time for many thieves, and they will probably give up. (I recently viewed a news report where a thief was caught after having to deal with a wheel lock and wanted to try one out.) Ill just say it, because I thought about it, maybe you did too. The lock has some weight. It is strong and the bike chain ropes are thick. It can be used defensively in an emergency, BUT you will probably hurt yourself, it is long and floppy. I strongly suggest to only use it as a wheel lock to deter or slow down criminals.

Greater than one weekIm going to use this to lock my golf cart when out to dinner, etc. The lock fits perfectly in my (standard) set belt locks. There is plenty of room to loop the cable around the steering wheel, then lock in the seat belt lock. Cable is quite thick, and this should provide enough of a deterrent to move on to another golf cart if someone is looking to steal one. When off, it doesnt take up much room and can be stashed in a reasonable sized compartment. The key to the lock is quite big (about the size of a car key), so its a somewhat bulky addition to the key chain. Also, the unlock process of pushing the button while turning the key takes a bit of practice.

> 3 dayThis steering wheel lock is easy to install in a few seconds and gives me a better feeling of security. I dont live in the best area of town in an urban area and being broken into or a having a vehicle stolen is more likely to happen around here. It fits in my SUV without having to adjust my seat which I also like and I can install it while still seated before getting out of my vehicle. I like this style over the bar style because I can roll this one up and it fits into my center console so I dont have to find a place to store this when not in use. Like when operating a seatbelt, sometimes I have to play with the alignment angle to get it to insert into the receiving end of the seatbelt but Ive gotten better at it after using it for a while. Also to unlock it you have to be turning the key and pushing the key down into the connector and sometimes it takes a little fiddling, but usually it works on the first try. I did try it out on my passenger seat not attached to my steering wheel a few times just to make sure it wouldnt have any issues before actually using it for a security device and there was a little anxiety the first few attempts that it would be stuck to my seatbelt and not be able to unattach it but it worked and now I dont worry. I definitely recommend checking this out if youre looking for a convenient theft deterrent device alternative to the bar style.
