not worth the cost but great for hot drinks

Love this lid or cover or cap. Call it what you want. Works great and its a great idea the way it works.

I grabbed an 18oz rambler bottle with a chug cap and decided to grab one of these. I use the standard rambler with the magslide lid as my daily coffee companion but when traveling I wanted something more leak proof. I opened this up and the seal is great. I jumped on yetis site to see how to clean it which is super easy...turn the insert counterclockwise until you hear 2 clicks and it releases. To drink, you just give it a half turn and its open. The lid is pleasant to drink from and doesnt seem to over dispense unless you tilt too far.

I use mine every day. I paired mine with the yeti rambler Jr. It fits all rambler bottles. It is very durable. It is leak proof, I put mine in my lunch bag every morning and by the time I get to work it is usually sideways and has never spilled a drop.

Great product

I had no issues with this for about a year, but I noticed a couple days ago the plastic where it screws in is deteriorating, not sure how? Its just sort of chipping off. I also noticed a smell from the lid, when I looked closer I realized mold had been growing in the creses of where it screws together, so I cleaned it really well with a brush, but unfortunately that smell is still there.

Disappointed because I purchased because it said it would fit all Yedi ‘ramblers’ yet didn’t fit mine!

I have a rambler, and I use this lid for my morning coffee. When I’m done, I rinse out the Yeti and switch lids. No need to take a separate water bottle. So efficient!

The idea of this is awesome but there are improvements needed imo. I like not having to take the lid completely off the bottle to drink, but #1 the part you twist to open is inset fairly deep and difficult to get a grip on to open (especially with finger nails of any length) and #2 it is impossible to clean completely- or at least feel confident it is 100% clean. Plus it does not completely seal so my work bag ended up filled with water :( not what I would expect from Yeti branded products.

My only complaint is the lack of to for your nose. Seems like its always getting bumped by the centerpiece of the lid.
