The description states that it comes with 10 feet of weathering stripping, it does not. I included a photo of the instruction page that comes with this product. You can clearly see on the inventory list that weather stripping is not included. They should not be able to say weather stripping is included when it is not even on the inventory list. Additionally, it is fairly flimsy and I dont think I would keep it even if the weather stripping was included. Im not convinced it would be sturdy enough to last a summer.

This product works fine for my sliding picture window only thing the seal of window to vent there’s a large gap making it less effective. Otherwise for the price can’t beat it!

I got a used window AC unit with a missing piece for the window installation. I read the reviews which seemed like a mixed bag with a few people saying the planks were flimsy. I would disagree. They are fine for their intended purpose. I live in a brick apartment budding that is 100 years old so the window frames had been redone and repainted a million times so nothing really fits perfect but these frames or planks or whatever they are called fit quite snugly.

Ordered this 3 times. Only 1 time did they include the foam strip, the other 2 orders it was not included.

This item was a pleasant surprise. I didnt think it would be as sturdy as it is or that it would fit a larger window. Extremely easy to put together.

It has one page that shows what is included and has 6 small photos as installation steps, that arent very handy or clear. How does one tell which is the inner vs. outer plate. This was aggrivated because my AC hose is 5.5 and no matter how I twisted it would not fit, I had to use tape to connect without a gap. It also came with a roll of foam tape, but seems like it was just thrown in, not pictured or explained. There are gaps that I will use this stuff to fill, but its not uniform. Pretty confusing overall, again the hose to my Sharp brand portible AC unit is 5.5 instead of 5 inches, but I cant seem to find a window kit that allows for this difference.
