took over 1.5 hours to install

Coupler is oblong rather than round, and also warped. Coupler could not be attached to the hose nor the window adapter. Kit is unusable and its return/exchange has been initiated.

Good for windows not sliding door but still a good product

The coupler was easy to expand. Has wing nuts which makes installation easy to join sections for heigth. Took up the high space to close off the open area of my portable air conditioner. Nice heavy plastic.Would recommend.

Easy setup

Works great for my garage/photography studio. My windows are pretty small in my garage so I had to use a utility knife to cut the extension piece shorter to fit. No issues after the piece was modified. I used this with my AeonAir portable A/C unit and everything fit perfectly.

Sturdy, easy to assemble and the best aftermarket window adapter Ive found. Tried 2 others first that didnt work very well.

The description states that it comes with 10 feet of weathering stripping, it does not. I included a photo of the instruction page that comes with this product. You can clearly see on the inventory list that weather stripping is not included. They should not be able to say weather stripping is included when it is not even on the inventory list. Additionally, it is fairly flimsy and I dont think I would keep it even if the weather stripping was included. Im not convinced it would be sturdy enough to last a summer.
