I took this on vacation and it worked out well. Its large pockets seem to have enough room for everything even my tablet PC (Surface Pro 4). The material holds up well and seems like it will last a long time. The pockets are easy to access. When filled with stuff its not too heavy and fits on my back well. I didnt notice the weight very much as I walked through the airport. The backpack fits under a United Airlines plane seat pretty easily. I didnt find the built-in USB connector very useful as I just plugged my phone into my power bank directly. No need for a 3rd party connection. It was easier to just carry my phone and power bank together inside the backpack. The connector is on the outside which means you cant carry the phone around with you. It would fall loose if you did that. Nice idea on paper Im sure but it didnt seem useful to me. Overall it travels well and can fit a lot of stuff.

Just got this bag and it seems great. My one issue is a lack of storage organization. This is a backpack that is designed to hold large laptops it should have a better layout for computing accessories. I am buying an additional organizer to accomplish this. Please understand that is a relatively small drawback that few will probably have bit for me it dropped a star off of the rating. I am a power user and have a lot of components to lug around. Backpack fits my 2 laptops, extra 10 in monitor, 2 keyboards, 3 power banks, 3 external hard drives, 2 extra laptop batteries, and all my cables with ease. In fact even with all that stuff in it the main clothes compartment is still empty. Great bag for the price.

Hello Cindy- (per your email dated 04/09/2019) I was initially please with the backpack that I bought at your store - size and sections that I can maximize my stuff for travel. This was bought bought primarily on my trip to Europe 1st week of April (across the pond). My problem came when at the airport, I was walking briskly not to miss my flight to Paris - twice the zipper unto the laptop storage section gave way - totally through the point where the strap was holding it. I packed some clothes but not heavy enough or bulky enough to force the zipper through. I have to buy additional luggage strap to contain the incidental break of the zipper. My feedback was not to demand a refund - nice looking back pack but zipper ripped / disengaged twice thru walking to the tarmack was one plenty to happen. There was also a follow-up email to make sure that they have indeed reached out to me to communicate that the issue will be addressed with the manufacturer and the chance of replacing the unit. There will be always a chance of defective unit sent out not by design but it is how being addressed by the vendor and willingness to rectify the situation - whether a price point is less than $100 or more than $1000...gesture and acknowledgement counts. It has been about 4 years since I bought this backpack. It is a miracle; it is still there even I used it a looooooot... the quality the shape, everything is perfect. Despite all the rhetorics, buy it!!! trust me~

My largest 15.6 inch computer with dimensions 15.94 inches x 1.18 inches x 11.02 inches. This bag is stated to have a length of like 19.4 - 19.0 inches. This bag is more like maybe at most 15. 6 inches tall at its tallest point. I could not fit my largest 15.6 inch computer with dimensions 15.94 inches x 1.18 inches x 11.02 inches into the lap top compartment. If you state that your bag can hold a computer that is 17.0 inches or that you bag is 19.0 inches tall, then it is false advertising when your bag cannot fit my largest 15.6 inch computer with dimensions 15.94 inches x 1.18 inches x 11.02 inches even though your site says that this bag is 19.0 inches tall at least. I liked the pockets of this bag, I like the non - mesh pockets. I liked the fact that there were 3 lap top compartments for my 3 computers. It was a disappointment when I wasnt able to zip up the lap top compartment around my largest 15.6 inch computer with dimensions 15.94 inches x 1.18 inches x 11.02 inches. I felt cheated. Maybe Amazon is selling me the smallest possible bag of any bags sold. I get that there might be error in how different bags are made when you are making tons of bags. I get that some bags might be accidently made smaller or some bags might accidently be made larger. However, this is the 4th time I have bought a laptop bag from Amazon only to discover that the bag sold to me is more like two inches smaller than what is advertised in two dimensions or all 3 dimensions. This is not fair to the customer. You need to report accurate information when selling a product. If your product really is only 16 inches high or in this case only 15.5 inches high since it could not fit my largest 15.6 inch computer with dimensions 15.94 inches x 1.18 inches x 11.02 inches, then the right and honest thing to do is to state that your bag is really only 15.5 inches high and that the bag is meant for more like a 14 inch lap top and not meant for a 15.6 inch - 17 inch lap top. This bag definitely did not fit a 15. 94 inch computer because it really is more like only around maybe 15.5 - 15.7 inches tall. This is not fair to the customer. Maybe I am being sold a defective bag that was made smaller by mistake. However, this is the 4th time that this has happened when I bought a lap top bag from Amazon. So, now I wonder if it is on purpose or if sellers are advertising their bags to be for 17 inch lap tops when really their bags are more like for 14 inch lap tops in order to get more money for a bag that is only worth the money you would get for a 14 inch lap top bag. It is more expensive to buy a lap top bag meant for a 17 inch lap top then it is to buy a lap top bag meant for a 14 inch lap top. This is wrong.

It’s hard to find a truly great backpack for frequent travel at a bargain price. This bag has been a compromise between AWESOME and ADEQUATE. New out of the box, it was pretty good. Adequate room, good layout, comfortable, and easy to pack. There is room for a full size laptop, tablet, all the cords and plugs, a couple days work of clothes, notebooks, etc. Check your main bag, and use this as your Go Bag. My only disappointment has been minor - durability. Some secondary stuff tore or separated (no big deal), while the bag as a whole is still quite functional and comfortable. To date: 2 years of use, 2 dozen trans Atlantic flights plus a couple others within Europe, and daily use to/from the office. I have more than gotten my money’s worth out of the bag.

The bag is very sturdy with lots of zippered compartments. I wish it had a features booklet.. I had to print out the features from the item description. Overall this is an awesome bag for you guys travel or every day.

Purchased this pack to take on a trip to Jamaica. It performed outstanding, there are more than enough pockets for all your stuff. Opened it up laid it flat and went right through TSA without having to dump out all my electronics. And there is a strap on the back to put it on the handle of your suitcase making it easy to carry on top. Oh and did I say that there is enough room to pack for a couple of days without any problem. I always like to pack a couple days in case my check in bag gets lost. Many more things that I could say about this bag, bottom line it works... and would recommend it for traveling for the day or packing lite for the week.

I used this as my main bag while touring in Scotland. It fit all my daily necessities as well as some gear, and when I had a day away from the tour it fit everything I needed for an overnight in the highlands. I used this backpack heavily every day for a month and it is still holding up beautifully. All the stitching and zippers are in good shape :) The only thing that is a little less than ideal is that it isn’t waterproof, but it will keep your stuff dry in a misting. If it’s really coming down, you will be drying out your passport later.

It has plenty of space and different sizes and types of compartments. The side straps do get in the way of the zippers if you leave them clipped. The rubber handle has broken on one side already (after 2 months) and I only take this to and from work so its not abused by airline travel.
