I wanted to wait until a month before giving this backpack a review. It is definitely a very durable backpack that has the capability to hold your essential belongings you need. I even loaded my grocery items in it along with my essentials I carry everyday. As you can see from the pictures provided, I keep it very secure with clip locks and clips so I dont have to worry if someone trying to picketpocket my item in a very crowded environment. I did have my Healthy Human Stainless Steel Water Bottle stolen from the outside side pocket. The pockets on the sides for your water bottle arent secure as I have seen on some backpacks. The zip side pockets arent designed to hold the water bottle. That is the only dislike I have about this backpack. A suggestion I like to see on these type of backpack is to have multiple charging hubs with at least one inside the backpack. Overall buying this backpack was a great choice.

I DID NOT want a new backpack. I loved my old High Sierra that I had for almost 6 years but it was slowly coming apart enough that I was afraid to continue to trust it. I went searching to see what was selling now. I came across this bag and read the reviews, read the description and thought that it sounded like it would work. I wasn’t convinced but since it was returnable, I would give it a try. I was excited to get home and open the box. Seriously! I immediately thought, “nope! This is going back!! To small!” I fixed dinner but decided to do a fair comparison. I took it out of the bag, i unfolded it still dubious. GAME CHANGER!!! This bag is REALLY well made! Like really good quality material!! The capacity is MIND BLOWING! I am a teacher and carry at least one backpack, a shoulder bag, my purse and lunch. This bag consolidated my 17” laptop, my Erin Condren planner, my tablet, my stack of papers, a pair of sneakers, my umbrella, first aid supplies, a pack rain coat...I STILL HAVE ROOM!!! How??? EVEN MY EXTRA LARGE PEN POUCH FITS IN IT!! I am so excited to see how this wears and handles my daily usage. If I change my mind, I’ll change my review but right now 100% happy!

Plenty of room for rocks and whatnot. Why rocks? Because if you stuff em with rocks, and carry them around for a few days, by the time you are ready for your trip, your freshly loaded backpack containing clothes, shoes, tablet, toiletries, underroos, and kitchen sink, will be soooo much lighter. Your plane ride will be a joyous occasion, like a TWA commercial from the 60s. Just be sure to clean out all the rocks, otherwise TSA may offer a curious look. Seems well made, and will update this review once I have it for six months. Wished it had better padding in the pocket area to protect the electronics.

Hello Cindy- (per your email dated 04/09/2019) I was initially please with the backpack that I bought at your store - size and sections that I can maximize my stuff for travel. This was bought bought primarily on my trip to Europe 1st week of April (across the pond). My problem came when at the airport, I was walking briskly not to miss my flight to Paris - twice the zipper unto the laptop storage section gave way - totally through the point where the strap was holding it. I packed some clothes but not heavy enough or bulky enough to force the zipper through. I have to buy additional luggage strap to contain the incidental break of the zipper. My feedback was not to demand a refund - nice looking back pack but zipper ripped / disengaged twice thru walking to the tarmack was one plenty to happen. I have received replacement - it is not so much about the replacement but the gesture of reaching out to the customer is most important. There was also a follow-up email to make sure that they have indeed reached out to me to communicate that the issue will be addressed with the manufacturer and the chance of replacing the unit. There will be always a chance of defective unit sent out not by design but it is how being addressed by the vendor and willingness to rectify the situation - whether a price point is less than $100 or more than $1000...gesture and acknowledgement counts. Thank you for listening - made a lot of difference and am changing my experience rating.

I bought this as a school backpack for my son. He has destroyed every backpack he has owned and they are always stuffed to capacity. This has held up to being packed full and lugged around school for four months. It is still just like new!

Ive had this bag for a couple of years. I wore it on my bike going to school. Its worn fairly well on the exterior. But the linings/dividers on the inside are thin and sewn porly. They have worn holes where semi-sharp objects (like pens) were held and the interior sitching has come apart in places. Does it still work? Yes. The outside has held together well so I dont have anything falling out. Do I think its fair for the price? Yes. Could I have paid more for a better bag? Yes.

my sons high school does not have lockers..he has used this bookbag since September carrying a lot of weight on a regular basis. It is of quality material & holds all of his needs. We were somewhat disappointed that it did not hold up for longer but understand things happen! It ripped in the front & inside near the seem of front pocket.. I notified the company as soon as I noticed. They were apologetic & asked for photos. I included them & a replacement backpack was here very quickly. I really appreciate their customer service & warranty. We will purchase more from them.

I have owned many backpacks over the years, and I can honestly say this is the best backpack I have ever owned, and it costs less than some smaller backpacks I have owned (which had fewer features)! Its the best of both worlds because its water-resistant like an outdoor backpack, yet has enough space to carry a full-size laptop, several books, binders, writing utensils, and any other odds and ends you might need. I think I can fit a 1-person tent into this backpack! The weight distribution on this backpack is excellent. I get bouts of headaches and pain in my neck and back which means I have to be careful about putting too much strain on them; with this backpack, all the weight I used to feel in my and back while wearing my last backpack is now distributed in such a way that I dont have any additional pain from carrying around my school supplies. For such high-quality work, I am more than willing to pay $56! Great job, guys! Youve earned a repeat customer in me!

I have had this backpack for almost 3 years now and have used it on each and every one of my travels. It is the perfect size for TSA and carry on requirements, has more pockets than I know what to do with and is built to take a pounding. The back is well padded so its comfortable when worn. Ive used it for business and leisure trips, both air and sea. I spent over $50 for it when I bought mine and it was worth the money then. It appears to be even cheaper now. If youre looking for a backpack, you cannot go wrong with this one. There may be prettier or flashier ones out there, but this one gets the job done.
