Greater than one weekI am a teacher and use this daily. I am able to fit my laptop, papers to grade, lunch bag, coffee cup, and sweater, with room to spare. I highly recommend this bag and will reorder when I need to replace it. Ive had it for three years and it is just starting to show some wear.

Greater than one weekMultiple specialized storage compartments. Hold a 4-cell 18650 battery pack in an internal side pocket with external USB port for recharging about any personal electronic device. Unfolds for quick TSA screening, as advertised. One suggestion for improvement: Black on black with black zippers is somewhat confusing for opening the correct compartment the first time. Used Multicolor heat shrink tubing to color code the dual zippers on each compartment. Adding a short colored cord lanyard also helps identifying the right zipper for each compartment. Not only new carry on, but also goes to the office with me on a daily basis now. (Best man-purse ever?). Dont care - its a great bag/backpack for most any purpose.

Greater than one weekI bought this backpack since I travel across town and feel like a bag lady when going to visit my family. This bag helps reduce the number of bags from 3-4 to 2. On a trip to Fl by car, this backpack was helpful. I had to pack it rather full for the day trip to Kennedy Space Center with not one but two laptops a 15 and a 13 no problem with both and an iPad 9.7 to both all fit along with other items in the pack as well. It was a bit heavy but worth the trouble. Heres the thing this bad could easily carry everything I need for a weekend trip to Vegas like the BlackHat Conference and I wouldnt have to check the bag. It would easily fit overhead and I could or under a seat. Im still not entirely sure how the wired in usb works it doesnt at all make sense to me. Id like some instructions for how to utilize it, otherwise, its just in the way. The bag is good but even empty it has weight adding items adds to its weight. Once filled its about 20 to 30 lbs to carry on your back. This, however is much easier to carry on your back than on the side like luggage. I give it a 5 stars becuase so much can fit it and the zippers are strong, and also there are so many compartments. I love this back pack.

> 3 dayIm an IT consultant and sometimes that requires carrying laptops used by my company as well as laptops used by my clients. I also carry a number of power supplies, at least one spare battery and a number of adapters. Ive had as many as 4 laptops at once. Currently Im carrying 3 large ones along with all of the adapters and cords needed for my presentations. Not only do all 3 laptops fit in this bag, with room to spare, the bag is surprisingly more maneuverable than bags Ive owned in the past. The wide straps distribute the weight so that long walks in town are effortless despite the weight. The steel cable handle with rubber grip is more than durable enough to handle the load. The bags material is the same (or very similar) to that of luggage. Its fairly breathable so when its pressed up against your back, you dont get a sweaty back on a warm day (at least not as sweaty as my prior laptop bag). Plenty of little compartments for all my adapters, hubs and cables. Plenty straps to secure the devices. It even has a USB port on the side. I connect a battery backup to the USB port so I can charge my phone without having to open up the bag. Seams, clips and zippers seem to be of quality luggage. Im very happy with this purchase. I had an issue with the first bag. There was a small cut near the zipper. Looks like someone opened the box with a razor blade prior to shipment. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. They happily sent a replacement, which I received 5 days later. Would gladly do business with them again.

Greater than one weekIve only used this bag for a few days but so far I like most things about it. The bag itself is light and this is a plus until items are placed in the front pockets. When there are items in the front pockets, then the bag tends to fall forward. This is a bit frustrating when trying to get something from the front pockets and you have to fight with the bag. Keeping all the zippers closed is helpful, but time consuming when retrieving things from various pockets. However, it has a large number of pockets and places to store both large and small items. I like the organization except for the front pockets. There are lots of small storage spaces in the bottom front pocket, but these are not very accessible when the bag is on the ground.

> 3 dayThis backpack is so well constructed, I couldnt BELIEVE how well constructed it is. Its a beautiful backpack. Its the kind of workmanship/craftsmanship that you dont really expect anymore when so many things are cheaply made. I bought this backpack to replace one that I had had for over 10 years. I retired from teaching after 20 years to go back to college to get my masters in communication. I needed a backpack that would stand up to the pressures of college life. I needed a backpack that would carry my new laptop safely PLUS all the other gear that I would need to cart to campus every day. I dont live on campus. I take the bus and I do a lot of walking. The backpack seemed perfect. It had enough compartments and zippered places to store all of my books, folders, and all the other things I had to bring with me. Since I dont live on campus and were subject to weather/temperature changes here in Hawaii, I also needed changes of clothing. This backpack fit IT ALL! Which... made it way too heavy for me to carry. Im 54 and when the backpack was fully loaded, it was too heavy for me to carry. The shoulder straps covered most of my chest, making it difficult to breathe. The bag by itself is heavier than Im used to, but when I put all my stuff in it, the combined weight caused my back/joint problems to flare up. I was SO disappointed. I REALLY wanted to keep this bag, so I tested it out for a month to see if I could get used to the weight. I could not. I contacted the company and explained all that and asked if they had a smaller bag with similar construction. They were WONDERFUL. I got an IMMEDIATE answer (on a weekend) expressing regret that the bag was contributing to back problems and how they really wanted to help make the situation better and to my liking. We ended up exchanging a few emails as they made a suggestion for a replacement bag. Both people that responded to my lengthy emails were gracious and helpful. I was SURPRISED at JUST how helpful they were. And even when I eventually had to return it, they were STILL being incredibly warm and helpful. You dont see that kind of customer service which is why Im rating the backpack so high. I do not think its a good backpack for young children or smaller/smallish women... but for people used to carrying heavier loads it would be PERFECT. I could also see it being a really good travel backpack even if you werent carrying a laptop. If they EVER come up with a smaller, lighter backpack... Id be the first person in line to buy it!

> 3 dayI walk about 90 minutes per day. the back straps have this handy loop that I stick my fixed bladed knife in, and the backpack sits on a factory floor for 8 hours a day. no sign of wear and tear so far and Ive had it for quite a while. the USB charging port works way better than I thought it would, even going through rain which I thought for sure would ruin it didnt-- I had thought it did at first but it turns out my phone wire is just a trash heap. recommended wholeheartedly-- the only thing that would make it better is if you buy it and goober it up with some dumb looking patches to personalize it.

08-06-2025I used this as my main bag while touring in Scotland. It fit all my daily necessities as well as some gear, and when I had a day away from the tour it fit everything I needed for an overnight in the highlands. I used this backpack heavily every day for a month and it is still holding up beautifully. All the stitching and zippers are in good shape :) The only thing that is a little less than ideal is that it isn’t waterproof, but it will keep your stuff dry in a misting. If it’s really coming down, you will be drying out your passport later.
