> 3 dayWhen I transferred all my belongings from my old back pack to YOREPEK, I immediately noticed how much room I had left to load more stuff. Unfortunately the side plastics snaps are pretty weak, they dont stay snapped in, they pull apart very easily.

> 3 dayI love this backpack. I had a hard time finding anything that would carry my laptop while I traveled or even to the local coffee shop. This backpack not only fits my laptop, mouse, pad and power cord, it also can be packed with 2 days of clothing. I have used this while flying as my one carry-on item. I just pack my purse in one compartment and the laptop in the padded back compartment. If I run out of room in my luggage, I can add the excess to this backpack. I can fit it under the seat in front of me or in the overhead compartment. I would recommend this backpack.

Greater than one weekIt has plenty of space and different sizes and types of compartments. The side straps do get in the way of the zippers if you leave them clipped. The rubber handle has broken on one side already (after 2 months) and I only take this to and from work so its not abused by airline travel.

> 3 dayI fit 2 laptops into the same main zipper-ed compartment this bag with ZERO issues. I originally intended to pack this backpack into my checked luggage before boarding its first flight, but my checked bag was 6 pounds overweight which would have cost me $40+ in additional fees... I first thought the backpack was far too large to be considered a personal item for carry-on, but it was not. Super annoying to have to pull both laptops out and put them in separate plastic bins for the probing at the airport security checkpoint but ever with all the gear I put in this backpack for a week-long work trip, it was only at about half of its fit capacity. It fit under the seat in front of me without an issue. Its comfortable to carry one 1 or 2 shoulders. The only questionable part about it is how the USB charger pack is supposed to work? Seems like a good idea in theory, but... the way the bag is designed to hold the charger pack seems like it would be a rather small charger pack that would be a challenge to recharge later. There are a few port holes where USB cables run through (included with the bag) but Im not so sure Id ever actually used them. Cool idea though. I was a bit skeptical of this backpack purchase at first because it seemed like kind of a gimmick: lots of space, cheaper than others of similar capacity, usb port holes built in, etc. But I have to say Im VERY glad I have this backpack now. Definitely an upgrade from the other laptop backpacks that Ive purchased over the years that have ended up with odd problems like broken or frozen zippers. Aside from the still-needs-work USB charger-pack concept, this thing is perfect for travel.

> 3 dayI finally had to break down and get a new backpack for my 17 inch laptop. I was a bit skeptical about getting this bag since Im used to plenty of storage pockets with my old bag. I have not been disappointed with this bag at all! The pockets are plentiful! I have been able to sort the pockets for different uses and my old bulky 17 inch HP fits in it very nicely. I will be traveling with it for the first time in 2 weeks and I have no doubt that it will cater to my needs. The padding on the shoulder straps are nice and I hardly notice I have it on sometimes. I definitely recommend this bag!

> 3 dayHello Cindy- (per your email dated 04/09/2019) I was initially please with the backpack that I bought at your store - size and sections that I can maximize my stuff for travel. This was bought bought primarily on my trip to Europe 1st week of April (across the pond). My problem came when at the airport, I was walking briskly not to miss my flight to Paris - twice the zipper unto the laptop storage section gave way - totally through the point where the strap was holding it. I packed some clothes but not heavy enough or bulky enough to force the zipper through. I have to buy additional luggage strap to contain the incidental break of the zipper. My feedback was not to demand a refund - nice looking back pack but zipper ripped / disengaged twice thru walking to the tarmack was one plenty to happen. Thank you... - Amado Update: 05/10/2019 Follow-up email from Mak: Thanks for giving us a chance to make it right. In order to rectify what you have experienced, we already resent this product to you. Estimated Delivery Date for These Items: Friday, May 10, 2019. Please waite with patience. Are you satisfied with our service? We are deeply appreciated if you could re-share your shopping experience on Amazon, which will encourage us to make better. I have received replacement - it is not so much about the replacement but the gesture of reaching out to the customer is most important. It is not an acknowledgement of failure but a true customer service. There was also a follow-up email to make sure that they have indeed reached out to me to communicate that the issue will be addressed with the manufacturer and the chance of replacing the unit. There will be always a chance of defective unit sent out not by design but it is how being addressed by the vendor and willingness to rectify the situation - whether a price point is less than $100 or more than $1000...gesture and acknowledgement counts. Thank you for listening - made a lot of difference and am changing my experience rating.

> 3 dayMultiple specialized storage compartments. Hold a 4-cell 18650 battery pack in an internal side pocket with external USB port for recharging about any personal electronic device. Unfolds for quick TSA screening, as advertised. One suggestion for improvement: Black on black with black zippers is somewhat confusing for opening the correct compartment the first time. Used Multicolor heat shrink tubing to color code the dual zippers on each compartment. Adding a short colored cord lanyard also helps identifying the right zipper for each compartment. Not only new carry on, but also goes to the office with me on a daily basis now. (Best man-purse ever?). Dont care - its a great bag/backpack for most any purpose.
