Greater than one weekHad it for two years now and it just.... works. The small ants that seasonally invade our kitchen never make it into the dogs bowl. Only drawback is if your dog pushes the bowl while eating. If the bowl touches the wall, the ants can get around the tray. I added some adhesive-backed door stopper pieces to hold my bowl in the center and everything works like a charm.

Greater than one weekI feed a small colony of [registered] feral cats. Because the food bowls sit on concrete outdoors, their food is *always* overrun by ants, to the point that its hard to even see the food through all the ant bodies. I purchased just one of these at first (because the price is a bit steep when youre not sure what youre getting) and -- wowsers! -- zero ants in the food bowl that was put on top of this platform. So I came back and bought a second one. It works as well as the first, so Im about to buy a third. The platform itself is kind of high. I put the cats food in paper bowls that I place inside of sturdy ceramic bowls so I can toss the paper bowls and reduce the risk of spreading feline leukemia and other diseases among the cat colony. I had to swap out my original ceramic bowls for ones that are shorter/shallower to make it easier for the smaller cats to eat. Which I was happy to do since the cats can now eat ant-free food!

> 3 dayVery pleased with the Yuwoda pet food station. Have been using every day since it arrived. I dont understand how it works, but it does. Have had ant problems with them getting into wet and dry food. No more. No ants. I thought price was a little high but was willing to try it if it meant no more ants and wasted food. It really works. Great purchase.

> 3 dayAs a person who has been feeding cat colonies for years and trying various suggestions as to keeping away ants. This has by far been the BEST solution yet. The most attractive fact is that it doesnt need water and I dont have to worry about their food falling into the water and turning rancid. Since the day I out this down and put their bowl on top I havent seen 1 ant! No more sweeping ants away at 5am, no more bowls full of ants, no more food wasted trying to get rid of the ants. Fantastic product!

> 3 dayThis really works!!! In my opinion, the price point is too high. With tax, its almost 30 bucks??? Should be $17, but in any event, it does work, no ants on my cats food since I started using it.

> 3 dayUpdate...I recently adopted 2 strays that are strictly outdoor cats. I just ordered 2 more for them & again, working like a charm. I dont know how these outsmart the ants, but they do! My cats were not eating, the fussy little buggers! I looked carefully at their plate and saw that there were teeny ants, called either grease ants or thief ants (thanks, Google!). I had previously had them on the stove, where I used some ant killer & was careful about having food near it. However I didnt want to use poison close to their food & water because they sometimes put food on the floor prior to eating it. I also didnt want to get the kind of bowl that has water around it like a moat because one of the cats likes to push the plate around. I ordered this & it works like a charm. Im not sure how it works, but it does. The cats & I are very happy.

> 3 dayUnpack it, lay it down and you have an instant ant free zone in your house. I have seen thousands of ants streaming around my blue circle and not a one can climb onto the top. Amazing but true.
