> 3 dayI had a thermal printer previously but it wasnt bluetooth enabled. That means I had to keep it plugged into the computer and go to the computer every time that I wanted to print a label. With this printer I can print directly from my phone using the app. Ive printed shipping labels, stickers, etc. The printer was easy to set up. I lvoe that it includes the roll holder and accessories. Also, they included a USB adapter that takes it from USB to USB-C which is convenient.

> 3 dayBefore I saw this I didnt know they were a thing. But once I saw it I thought I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. For years Ive been running out of ink on my bedrooms printer even though there was plenty of black left. Some printers just refuse to print even a simple black and white label when one of the colored inks are out. So I was always having to send my labels to another printer. Well thats a thing of the past now. I can send all my Ebay and return labels straight from my phone to this cool little label printer. The labels all come out perfect and ready to slap on. So much easier. Update 5/11/23: Well that didnt last long. I now have 2 issues with the printer. The main one is that after about 6 labels the labels are now faded and unusable. I tried the cleaning recommend but that didnt help. Im hoping its just the paper so I ordered new labels. The other issue is I can no longer print from my phone. I have the jadens printer app as the instructions say to use. But when I click add printer via BT it never finds the printer. I know its the app because in my phones BT settings I see the printer. Anyway I really hope the new labels fix the faded printing. Ill update this again after I try them.

> 3 dayGreat little stand alone thermal printer for shipping labels. The unit comes with a USB drive with the needed drivers, connects via Bluetooth and it simply works. It comes with with a 100 labels to get you started right away. The thermal printer never needs ink or toner since the paper is also the print media.

> 3 dayIt took m e a few days to getting around to setting this up because I was not looking forward to the daunting process setting another printer up can be. However, once I got going, I actually had fun setting this up! I kept playing with all the different connection options. I set it up via Bluetooth, then installed the drivers on my windows computer, then I hardwired it. I used it with my iPhone, my iPad and my windows computer. It works so well! Its quiet and prints so fast. This comes with a lot of resources for getting it set up and even some labels to get you started. For someone needing a label printer for a home business, this is the way to go.

> 3 dayThis is easy to setup and use. I can print my labels completely from my phone! All I did was download the app and follow the directions. The printer is very fast and relatively quiet. It comes with a roll of labels to get you started. I have a small business, and I use this for printing my shipping labels. It works great and saves so much more time than fighting with my large ink printer. It also makes my packages look clean and professional. A must for small businesses!

> 3 dayThe printer consistently produced blurry and smudged labels and the printer often experienced connectivity issues. It would frequently disconne or fail to connect all together, requiring me to troubleshoot and reconnect repeatedly. This not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration. properly not going to purchase thermal label printer ever again.

> 3 dayUnlike some others, you dont need specific software to print to this printer. They give you a link to the printer driver that you can install on your computer. In addition to shipping labels, I have been able to create documents in Word to print to the thermal printer. Since its a thermal printer, it will only be black and white, but there are still uses for that. For example, I flew with two cardboard boxes that I checked as luggage. I was able to create name tags with travel info for them and print onto 4x6 labels to stick on the boxes. Currently Im working on using the 4x6 labels to create bottle labels for my homebrew beer bottles. So you dont have to limit yourself to shipping labels with this printer.

Greater than one weekThis is my first label printer and was very easy to use. It is quite small and basic so dont expect any extravagant features but perfect for everyday labeling needs.
