Initial setup was not the easiest (not the best instructions), but once set up its a decently little printer. You can use an app to print any PDFs like pdf shipping labels. The print quality is more than acceptable and since its thermal, you dont have to worry about ink or toner. Over all Im pretty happy with it!

If you print a lot of shipping labels, this is perfect. It comes with a bunch of blank labels as well so you shouldnt need to buy any for a bit. This thermal printer can print both connected to a pc or over bluetooth. Very easy to setup as the instructions are very clear and dont leave much room for misunderstanding.

Shipping was super quick got here less than 24hr once I received my package. I try working the printer at first was little confusing but reading the instructions and followed everything took few minutes til I got it working let’s me just say, ITS AMAZING label printer! I managed to connect via the USB cable to print a test label - which it did, followed by spitting out half a roll, then reporting an irrecoverable fault. Rebooted wifi, printer and my laptop and the fault remains, leaving me with a completely unusable printer.

Wife wanted a small printer for shipping labels. This is it, with USB and Bluetooth interfaces. Easy to setup, with a thumb drive of instructions and software. And a link to the OEM site for updates, supplies and help. (no help needed!) Comes with a USB cable (A to B) with a USB-C adapter. also 100 sample shipping labels and a label holder for bifold or rolled stock. Wife wants to try some round & square labels as well. Next week ;-)

This thermal label printer is impressive even came with blank labels and a rig to mount labels on. So far been great for printing shipping labels and is fast. My old label printer didnt print near well and always needed the driver updated. Recommend if you need a basic label printer for shipping labels. Comes with all cables and setup is easy. great for windows, Mac computers

So I had a more expensive printer when I purchased this one, but I wanted one that I could use via Bluetooth. This is exactly what I was looking for. Even though I cannot use it with my Mac, I can use it with my iPhone.

You have to download an app to use it. In most cases that would be fine, but the app they have is so buggy that it takes forever to connect the printer. Ive been at it for half an hour and it still doesnt connect. Dont waste your time buying it.

This bluetooth thermal shipping label printer works okay but I am not a fan of how the labels feed into the printer. Regardless this does help me process a lot of order. I can have them ready for shipping quickly. You save a ton of time so you are not having to waste it on printing out the label, cutting it and taping it on. It is something you move easily with you to make packing easier. For the most part, it is easy to use once you have it setup. The labels prints quickly but it does jam or misaligned from time to time and I have to reset it. The shipping company is able to scan them no problem so the barcode is easy to scan which is great. If you are doing a bunch of sale and shipping, this is a good thing to have. It relies on thermal printing so you do not have to worry about ink but you need to have the right label to get this to work. It also can print out a receipts as well which is nice for when I need to also provide a shipping receipt inside the box. It pairs with your phone and you can send labels directly from you phone. You do have to download the application to get this printer to work so you are stuck with that. The application for the most part is okay but sometimes does not send the label to the printer and I have to reset it. It works with most labels but I have had a few issues with jams or alignment. It is not battery powered so be aware of that. It boots up and pairs pretty quickly and is ready to go in a short amount of time. You can also connect this with your laptop but I found it is very convenient with you phone. I definitely save on time and material going this route. It prints labels very quickly. I can print out a label and stick it on a package in just a few seconds. Its very easy to use. I can just connect it to my computer or phone and start printing labels. I did not really like the holder though. It is not one of those roll holders so it actually stick out the other end. It is just at an awkward angle so it gets jammed a bit easier. Overall, this has been an okay printer but definitely not the best. It does the job for what I need so I would say this one is good if you have some labels to print but not high volume as it does get jammed and you have to reset it. It does do that resizing for you to make sure it fits on the label which is great. It prints out the labels a decent speed so I can get more packages labeled and ready to go. I do wish it just had a better way of storing and feeding the label though.
