If you read the review that I originally posted, I talked about how three of us couldn’t get the printer to work correctly. First of all, I want to say that the customer service for this company is absolutely stellar and outstanding! They have been in contact with me continuously to help me to figure out what it is that’s going on with The printer and why it didn’t work. They even sent us more labels so that we could keep trying to get it to work! This morning we decided to hook it up to a different computer and to see if operating it that way made it work. We started at the beginning of the operation manual, which, by the way, is very thorough and its description of how to connect it to Windows or Mac computers. We went step-by-step, downloading the driver from the website to installing the paper and running a test print from a Word and Adobe file. We didn’t have any eBay labels to print right at the moment so we weren’t able to do it from there, but it worked just fine printing out both a Word and a PDF file from those programs. After some research this morning. I found that there are settings on eBay that need to be done in order for the label to properly Move to the thermal printer. If, for no other reason, the customer service of this company to ensure the quality of their product, and the care of their customers is worth the effort to get this product running for your business Having said all that, thank you for your customer service and I would recommend this product for sure now!

I managed to connect via the USB cable to print a test label - which it did, followed by spitting out half a roll, then reporting an irrecoverable fault. Rebooted wifi, printer and my laptop and the fault remains, leaving me with a completely unusable printer.

This bluetooth thermal shipping label printer works okay but I am not a fan of how the labels feed into the printer. Regardless this does help me process a lot of order. I can have them ready for shipping quickly. You save a ton of time so you are not having to waste it on printing out the label, cutting it and taping it on. It is something you move easily with you to make packing easier. For the most part, it is easy to use once you have it setup. The labels prints quickly but it does jam or misaligned from time to time and I have to reset it. The shipping company is able to scan them no problem so the barcode is easy to scan which is great. If you are doing a bunch of sale and shipping, this is a good thing to have. It relies on thermal printing so you do not have to worry about ink but you need to have the right label to get this to work. It also can print out a receipts as well which is nice for when I need to also provide a shipping receipt inside the box. It pairs with your phone and you can send labels directly from you phone. You do have to download the application to get this printer to work so you are stuck with that. The application for the most part is okay but sometimes does not send the label to the printer and I have to reset it. It works with most labels but I have had a few issues with jams or alignment. It is not battery powered so be aware of that. It boots up and pairs pretty quickly and is ready to go in a short amount of time. You can also connect this with your laptop but I found it is very convenient with you phone. I definitely save on time and material going this route. It prints labels very quickly. I can print out a label and stick it on a package in just a few seconds. Its very easy to use. I can just connect it to my computer or phone and start printing labels. I did not really like the holder though. It is not one of those roll holders so it actually stick out the other end. It is just at an awkward angle so it gets jammed a bit easier. Overall, this has been an okay printer but definitely not the best. It does the job for what I need so I would say this one is good if you have some labels to print but not high volume as it does get jammed and you have to reset it. It does do that resizing for you to make sure it fits on the label which is great. It prints out the labels a decent speed so I can get more packages labeled and ready to go. I do wish it just had a better way of storing and feeding the label though.

This bluetooth thermal printer works really well for printing labels. I tested it using a PDF for a return label and it worked great. It took me about 45 minutes to set the machine up and troubleshoot some issues, but the instructions are great. It includes both a paper instruction booklet (what I used) as well as a drive with video instructions. It comes with a small set of 4X6 labels, so youll need to order more if you plan to do a lot of printing right off of the bat. The footprint is really small (so much smaller than my old printer). If you have to do a lot of labels at once (for reselling) I bet it would work great!

This little printer is great. Its compact and easy to move around if you need to. Removes the worry about using up ridiculously expensive printer ink. The printer was easy to get up and running on my computer using the USB connection. Windows 7 had no problem recognizing the driver once installed from the included USB thumb drive. It took me a few minutes of adjusting to get the labels to print out the right size. Just remember to change the print settings to your desired size. The labels that I most want to print are 4 x 6 shipping labels. They include a decent amount of these labels to get you started. I went through about a dozen of them trying to get the printer zeroed in. There is a label holder included with the printer, but I found that it really isnt necessary with fan fold labels. If you buy the label rolls, you will definitely need to use the holder. After I familiarized myself with the printer, I wanted to check out the bluetooth function. I downloaded the necessary Andoid app. This took a little while to set up. Once I had it properly configured I was able to print a few sample labels from my phone. Very cool. Frankly, Im fine just printing from my computer via the USB. The bluetooth capability is nice to have though. These little thermal label printers are awesome. No more cutting and taping labels from my regular printer. The labels print super fast, stick very well, and look great.

I was able to set up the printer fairly quickly and it printed just fine right from the beginning on a 4x6 label. I made a label in ppt and saved it as a 4x6 PDF, then printed it via blue tooth. The instructions that come with the printer could be clearer, but I got it regardless. It looks like there are plenty of you-tube videos to help if there are any questions. Eventually I will be printing some round labels. Havent tried it yet, but you-tube says you can do it...so Ill give it a shot.

So I had a more expensive printer when I purchased this one, but I wanted one that I could use via Bluetooth. This is exactly what I was looking for. Even though I cannot use it with my Mac, I can use it with my iPhone.
