This is our second label printer and this was so easy to setup/install. Package included USB stick with drivers and clear installation instructions & videos. Bluetooth works great and can even print from our phones now! Would definitely recommend!

This bluetooth lable printer is easy to use. However, it took some time to put it together. Theres quite a few pieces. Overall, Im satisfied with this printer. It prints clean. It came with a few labels so that was nice. I was worried Id have to buy separate papers but it helped that it came with some so that Id be able to test it out. Its worth the buy if you run a small business from home.

So far Ive tested half a dozen label sizes in several widths and it reads the spacing and prints perfectly. The thermal image is dark on paper or vinyl and Ive left it on default. Print speed was fast on 2.25 x 1.25 labels, I printed just over 200 labels in a minute. The companion software is simple and easy to use. They have various levels/versions, but Ive been running it just fine on basic.

I used this printer for printing labels for my little business, which is not that busy. The printer was easy to set up and download the program to my computer. It is easy to connect. It prints the labels nicely. Moreover, I tested the printer for printing simple drawers just to feed my curiosity. It printed the drawings well, but, it didnt print nicely when there were too many details in the drawing. The printer can bring special labels of your brand but wont be able to print if it has too many details.

I got this printer because my old one doesnt work well or print super clear. I found this one easy to use as all you have to do is download the app. Once you get the app you just connect to bluetooth and you can crop the labels on the app which is nice. The letters print super clearly too which is a huge plus. I think this is definitely a decent thermal printer.

This label printer is fast and generates a solid quality print with even darkness throughout. Everything you can need is included, including the drivers on a USB stick, the USB cable, and even a USB-C to USB-A adapter, which is nice. Installation of the drivers is quick and easy, though the docs leave something to be desired. The screenshots from the drivers are completely different, which makes finding some of the noted configuration settings difficult. Also, there is a page in the manual that shows how to load the labels -- the first picture shows them loaded with the feed button on the left, and the next two pictures show the feed button on the right. Confusing, but majority rules! I am not intending to leave this unit out all the time, but rather pull it out when I need it. The problem I have seen, though, is that it wants to feed out TWO labels (to find the end of the sheet) every time I load the label roll. I am hopeful that this wont be a constant problem, but perhaps something I am just doing wrong, otherwise Ill burn through a lot of labels that way.

I recently purchased a brand new MacBook Air and wanted a new label printer to go along with it to sell a few things online. After finding this one, I immediately got it and was giddy at the idea that I could finally get rid of the things I had. To my disappointment, however, this label printer was beyond horrible. It simply did not work. Following the instructions provided on the usb provided, you must install a software that allows you to access the printers features and settings, but to my disappointment, it just didn’t work. After trying absolutely everything (even going as far as to download everything from their website), nothing would work. So as I could not use the printer at all, I suggest you do not purchase this item as it may be waste of your time as it was for myself.
