I managed to connect via the USB cable to print a test label - which it did, followed by spitting out half a roll, then reporting an irrecoverable fault. Rebooted wifi, printer and my laptop and the fault remains, leaving me with a completely unusable printer.

I view this as a must have for a business owner. For a regular consumer, its a nice to have for returning orders, or sending out occasional packages. Some quick points: - Solid construction, well built - Compact, small footprint - Usable with multiple sources (computer/phone) - Bluetooth enabled I was surprised that wired connectivity is via old-school usb a, not micro usb or usb c (or even mini usb). This seems to be a bit dated. There are a few limitations (pdf only format, optimized for 4x6 labels), but its useful and nice to have for most users.

You have to download an app to use it. In most cases that would be fine, but the app they have is so buggy that it takes forever to connect the printer. Ive been at it for half an hour and it still doesnt connect. Dont waste your time buying it.

I got this printer because my old one doesnt work well or print super clear. I found this one easy to use as all you have to do is download the app. Once you get the app you just connect to bluetooth and you can crop the labels on the app which is nice. The letters print super clearly too which is a huge plus. I think this is definitely a decent thermal printer.

I find that the print quality is not the best. The labels often have to be printed twice for the barcode/info on the label to print visible.

This works great and prints well on many different papers.

Shipping was super quick got here less than 24hr once I received my package. I try working the printer at first was little confusing but reading the instructions and followed everything took few minutes til I got it working let’s me just say, ITS AMAZING label printer! One of the best I ever used really helpful items.
