> 24 hourGreat price for a 10G SFP+ RJ45. Works just fine in a Zyxel XGS1250-12 switch. I have my Mac Studio plugged into it and Im getting a rock steady10 Gbps link.

> 24 hourI purchased a BCM57108S based PCI card for my ESXi 6.7 server, and this 10G RJ-45 30m SFP+ module. I had read a review that said only the Intel SFP+ modules work with ESXi, but I didnt have any problems with this unit. My switch is a TP-Link TL-SX1008 switch, and using Cat6 cable (about 15 feet). Everything set up like a breeze and its working well. If you need more cable range than 30m then youll need the 80m SFP+ module, but if youre just using short runs, this one is probably less power hungry (i.e. less heat). Seems to be a good value based on prices Ive seen for other similar items. I would buy these again when I need more.

> 24 hourEasy to connect just snap it into the SFP port. In this case I have multiple Ubiquiti Unifi switches and had no trouble getting everything to work. So far no issues...

> 24 hourJust like the title says, its not compatible with unifi stuff. I purchased 2 pairs to run fiber cable and it would not work at all. Tried everything I could, the moment I plug in official Unifi modules everything worked right away. It was plug and play with unifi modules, while these gave me a ton of trouble and still never worked properly.

> 24 hourWanted to write a review because its not entirely clear: this transceiver supports 2.5gbe and 10gbe links according to my network testing (I didnt test 5gbe). Its a little bit funky if you look at the description and it says 10gbe only but thats because the transceiver only advertises itself as 10gbe fiber to the host network card but it will negotiate 1/2.5/10 links over regular RJ45 copper. I verified the network speeds with iperf3.

> 24 hourThe long and short? It works and works great. Fast no nonsense setup. Verified 10G compatibility between the Netgear XR700 wireless router and Netgear SX10 switch networking using a 5 foot Mediabridge Cat7 Ethernet Patch Cable. Great price and great performance. Thanks Amazon.
