> 3 dayPurchased to connect my Google Fiber to my Ubiquiti UDM Pro to achieve 2Gbps down / 1Gbps up. I was able to get 2 down but up was limited to 380 Mbps. I replaced it with an SFP+ to Rj45 module from Ubiquiti and reached the full 1Gbps up. Obviously, this product is not truly compatible with Ubiquiti as advertised.

> 3 dayThese seem to present themselves to the switch as SR optics (SFP-10GBase-SR) which means they seem to work even in switches that explicitly dont support 10Gbase-T. Not sure if this is typical or not. I havent done any long-term testing but am very happy to be able to bring copper 10G to my relatively ancient 3750E and 3750X switches.

Greater than one weekI purchased a BCM57108S based PCI card for my ESXi 6.7 server, and this 10G RJ-45 30m SFP+ module. I had read a review that said only the Intel SFP+ modules work with ESXi, but I didnt have any problems with this unit. My switch is a TP-Link TL-SX1008 switch, and using Cat6 cable (about 15 feet). Everything set up like a breeze and its working well. If you need more cable range than 30m then youll need the 80m SFP+ module, but if youre just using short runs, this one is probably less power hungry (i.e. less heat). Seems to be a good value based on prices Ive seen for other similar items. I would buy these again when I need more.

> 3 dayThese do NOT work for my mikrotik router for any speed below 2.5Gigabit - my devices which support 2.5Gb and 10Gb both work, but my 1Gb devices do not, no matter if I set it to auto negotiate or force to 1000mbps full duplex or anything. Mikrotik branded modules work immediately with no problems. Should have just gone with them from the beginning.

Greater than one weekBought the wrong GBICs for a project, and then took a chance on these because I could get them delivered quickly. So far, theyre working well. Had them live for a month.
