This is amazing. The result is an incredible finish like I have never been able to get prior to using this! Well made, and comes with good instructions and a good supply of discs in a variety of grits.

Bought this for its purpose. Took a little getting used to. Nice that it comes with 4 each of different sandpaper grits. Works pretty well. Saves ones hand from having to go inside bowl. I like it but if the bowl mouth is wide enough I dont bother with it and just hand sand.

Plus: + Good reach + Adjustable angle, holds well under pressure Minus: - Included discs seem really low quality

This is the second bowl sander I have bought. It is a great tool to get scratches off the turned surfaces of the bowls. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the hook pad on the sanding block will come off if care is not taken to hold it down while removing the sanding discs. My first one came off quickly so I glued it back on. But it came off again. Need better hook pads.

WORKED GREAT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. HAD SOME CHATTER ON THE INNER LIP OF A BOWL. IT SANDED OUT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. YOU REALLY NEED NO INSTRUCTIONS. I ENDED UP WITH A GREAT FINISH IN A MATTER OF MINUTES GOING THROUGH SEVERAL GRITS. WISH I HAD BOUGHT THIS A LONG TIME AGO.

Perfect for inside large bowls, I usually turn Black Walnut live edge bowls, keeping the edge is always a challenge, but with this sanding wand it is much easier without losing the edge. Great product!

This product is well made and has a good design.

Most handled bowl sanders have maybe one bearing or no bearing at all on the head assembly. Without a bearing, the rotation of the sanding mandrel can get choppy at best when trying to sand while your project is spinning on a lathe. Our bowls sander has two smooth rotating bearings that produce much less friction than sanders without bearings. This means you will achieve much better results finishing your project using our Dual Bearing Bowl Sander
