My wife swore that there was something wrong with the Dyson Portable Vacuums. I took out the existing filter and it worked fine, so I washed the filter and that helped, but did not last. Once I found these and replaced the existing filters, the vacuums worked great.

I love my cordless Dyson V6 but it was not working properly. It would stop/start/stop/start....after doing a quick internet search I realized it was probably the filter. I washed it out but it had a musty odor. Easy enough to replace with this set of 2 filters. It takes seconds to remove old filter and replace with one of these. Now my Dyson runs perfectly again!

They work just as well but feel a little flimsier. After a year of use, they begin to have the same sweaty odor that the factory filter developed.

After a year or two of use, cleaning just does cut it. The Dyson brand filters work well and great to have.

This is for my Dyson dc35. Its 12 years old. Nearly 13 now. Changed the filter and blam works better than I remember. It had been a long time since I changed it apparently.

As it turns out I probably didnt really even need these, as the bigger issue was I had some debris clogging the shoot which was making the unit pulsate. However these fit and work exactly like the OEM filter. Now when it is time to clean the filter (with water) I can just pop a fresh one in and off I go, without having to wait a day for the wet one to dry. Awesome deal... 2 for $12!!

Filter for older Dyson vac.

My Dyson was cutting off and on, even though I washed the filter periodically. The handbook suggested replacing the filter with a fresh new one, and now the vacuum works perfectly. The delivery came within 24 hrs and I was happy that machine is working fine now without needing expensive repair.
