> 3 dayI have seen many criticisms of Dyson’s claim of a lifetime filter and the fact that they sell replacements. The fact is if you wash the filter you cannot use the device for 24 hours because it takes that long to dry. With a replacement, you have a filter to use while the original dries. In addition to that I own the original Dyson DC03 floor vacuum cleaner and after a few years and washings the filter turned into mush and lost its shape. I assume this will also be true for the stick vacuum filter.
