> 24 hourI bought this computer on 10/1 for my daughters new job. It was easy to set up, light, and fast (with bare-bones apps). Ill update once she starts using it for work and lets me know how it is.

> 24 hourThe laptop seemed a bit inferior, despite the cost. The screen display was not sharp and appeared a bit pixelated. I got refurbished vibe

> 24 hourNice looking computer when you open it. The fan started immediately running and never shuts off for longer than maybe 5 seconds. It’s loud. Like really loud. After getting MS office installed and using it, the screen randomly blacks out. This happened within 2-3 days of opening it and using it. I would have to restart the computer and lost my work. Gave it another chance and it seemed fine for one day. The next day same thing; blacking out. The fan is extremely annoying. Sent this back and ordered a Dell with nearly the same specs, no issues at all. Also the noise pad is super annoying. Has buttons on it you have to click rather than clicking the mouse pad.

> 24 hourVery disappointed with this laptop . It has a cheap look and feel. Secondly, the finger pad (mouse) area gave me problem after only 2 months !!!!!

> 24 hourI purchased this laptop and received it quickly. I am sorry that I ever purchased this. In order for the screen to be clear and crisp, the screen has to be tilted in an unnatural position -- far back. In addition, although I just purchased it brand new, HP is giving me only 8 months warranty instead of 12 months. I guess Amazon had this laptop since March, so that is the date they want to use for the warranty. I have been on the phone with HP all afternoon, and I am up to 4 hours now. I have been transferred to many people, and no one seems to be able to fix the screen /picture issues. The laptop also got stuck on night mode when we tried to make adjustments! The model is apparently quite outdated (which I did not know), and HP has me downloading update after update to no avail. Save yourself some aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS!
